Food is great, atmosphere is small space, but has a great vibe. Service can be pretty slow, but the servers are nice.

What a great find! The worst thing about this place was trying to pick a latte flavor. The crunch berry one tasted just like the cereal and the almond milk was frothed to perfection! Service was also quick on a rainy busy Sunday.
We waited 30 minutes for 2 coffees. After 20 min of waiting and everyone who ordered before us started to get their coffee we had to ask what was taking so long for ours. Turns out they never sent in our order. Horrible service

Been there twice. Had Omelette and burrata Avacado toast. Hazelnut latte. All were delicious! Their coffee is top notch. Service is the problem. They do not have enough wait staff, baristas, maybe even cook staff. The one waitress they have literally is everywhere. First time, long wait for food and second time, long wait for coffee…Went during the week both times and many customers come in for coffee to go… strongly suggest more baristas to handle both seated customers and to-go-customers These issues make me hesitate to come again even though the food and coffee are great! ?? There are plenty of other good breakfast/brunch spots nearby that are just as busy that don’t have these service issues. If fixed, this would be my main stay spot for brunch!

Found this place on insta the other day and had to go immediately. The lattes were amazing, food was delicious, the service was great plus she was super nice to us, can’t wait to be back
Worst experience to date. Stopped in today to brunch with my daughter… it was busy so a 10 minute wait not a big deal. Seated and 30 minutes later someone comes to take drink order and 30 minutes after that the wrong drink appears and still no order taken!! Finally flag someone down to take order; short stack with turkey bacon and Eggs Benedict (soft poached eggs) Then 35 minutes after that right drink and short stack with TB and… are you ready for this 2 poached eggs ON A PLATE! No joke! I try to Bring it to someone’s attention and then go to speak to mgr, no where in sight… everyone “sorry but…” lots of excuses. When they finally make the order they are drowning in scallions!! I can’t stand scallions AND the previous bunch of times I’ve ordered this same thing no scallions or I would have said no scallions!!!!!! Who even thinks that’s a good thing??? I get irate because now it’s nearly 2 hours we’re in there I’m hangry at this point and no one really seems to give a hoot that nothing had gone right at my table. No one!!! No way will I ever set foot in there even though it’s nearby my house!! The sleepy staff and lackadaisical Attitudes are more than this foodie can bear. Bye bye Soul Brew!

THIS HAS BEEN MY FAVORITE BRUNCH AND LATTE SPOT. I'm actually really disappointed to write this review. I have been coming here for 3 years. I've seen the new staffs that come and go. I looked forward to the lattes of the month. I have come here and brought friends from out of state and even had my post-doctorate graduation brunch here as it has been my favorite thing about the area. Brooke, was the most sweetest and greatest barista I've ever met. Drinks always 10/10. (She just left on maternity) She radiated sunshine and good vibes. The staff has always been so kind and food is great whatever you get you will LOVE.
However today, I got a special of the month that I had just gotten the week before, 2x, that did not taste at all like what it was, it didnt even taste like a drink... I saw that the worker was new and I've had drinks that differ between staffs, and i understand its hard, but when I had told the manager it did not taste right and I'm being kind by saying this because... it really did not taste right, like it tasted like water powder..... the manager was just kind of like annoyed and not even making eye contact with me. I recall this manager being a bit passive aggressive in the past. They made me a latte instead which was fine. It kind of ruined my day because I am so used to the great vibes and atmosphere. I always came here for the hospitality and all the staff has been great but this may just have to be my last time. It's still a 5 star restaurant and 1 encounter doesnt change the 100 other encounters that were so great but like i said, it just ruined my day when i specifically come here for the start of a good day.

What a great experience. The food, atmosphere and service was top notch. Place was packed. No reservations, you have to put your name down and wait. It's about a 30 minute wait during a busy time. The coffee was fresh and strong. I had the iced coffee, my girlfriend the house hot brew. The egg platters were hot and fresh and delicious. This place is worth the wait. You can tell ownership cares. Tell 'em Barsnobs sent ya!

I ordered last minute catering for a meeting and the staff was great. Holy cow, the best coffee cake ever! People were raving about it (and I solidly broke my healthy eating streak)

Would love to try however everytime I’ve gone, I’m ignored by the hostess and other patrons are taken first.
We were looking forward to having a nice lunch with our friends but unfortunately, after a 40-min wait the hostess was extremely disorganized and gave the only table that could have sat our 7-person group to a party of 3 instead of sitting them at an empty table of 4. She then told us we’d have to wait until this smaller group was done eating to sit us, so around an hour extra. When we commented on the fact that the wait would be much longer than what she had indicated, she became defensive. We were with 3 children and did not want to wait any longer.
Takeout coffee was good, but we moved our party to the new Vietnamese place next door where we enjoyed attentive service and a nice meal. A missed opportunity at this location due to a lack of employee training.

Great food. Inexperienced service. Multiple orders were wrong. Quickly fixed. Tables are small for four.
