The food is always great, very carefully prepared. The staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is informal and upbeat. Also, I like that there are several vegetarian options.

Great space, great food, often a crowd during prime time, but worth the wait. Louder, bustling style modern rustic coffee house of types with real breakfast and tons of coffee options and specailty teas. My favorite breakfast is the Avo-Bella and my favorite lunch is the Killer-Tofu. Kids do well here. Not good for groups larger than 4.Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian options. Falafel and Tofu sandwiches are amazing. Breakfast bowl and Avo-bella are great.

Was an odd vibe, we weren't greeted when we walked in we had to approach the hostess we waited a long time understandable when busy and seemed as if people who came in after us were seated before us , they may have had a name in on the list ahead of us and maybe had a buzzer when the table was available but they came in from outside it was just odd. The food was very good. We enjoyed what we ate .. I thought the price point was great!Parking: Parking in a lot right in front of the restaurant..

Soul Brew has the most delicious coffee and wonderful staff. The St. James spot is small and sometimes gets crowded with customers who know the wait is worth it.The staff do their best to keep up with the flow but unfortunately a few customers have gotten irate and responded to staff in a terribly unkind and disrespectful manner.I want to put in my two cents and let Soul Brew management know that the staff here in St. James are professionals that work hard to support the high standards of Soul Brew. Hands down they surpass any other coffee shop around with service and the best, most delicious coffee. The scones are great too and I am an addict for both the coffee and scones. My hats off to you at Soul Brew! Michele

the atmosphere was very nice. good decorations and vibes. service on the other hand was almost non existent. took 20 minutes to take our order, 30 to bring the food out. milkshake was overly sweet and some how watery and chunky at the same time. the “famous” mac and cheese was bland, needed copious amounts of hot sauce to taste like anything. avocado toast is only one piece, overly priced and under seasoned. over all servers were neglectful, and felt more like food runners than waitresses. as a party of three who ordered five items the servers couldn’t remember who ordered what. over all a mediocre to sub par experience.
