Went to Wendy's for breakfast. I got the Maple bacon chicken sandwich. Man this was the first time in a while where the sandwich was piping hot and juicy. The potatoes were good and the coffee was strong like I like it. Good experience.

The service was absolutely horrible. I was just told I could not order at the drive thru because I was not "in a vehicle" as my job is next door. Apparently that is a policy. Secondly, yesterday two Latino women could not figure out how to ring up 6 cookies for $5 which is an obvious deal and common. There was an employee who spoke good English that refused to help me and them because he was "on break." I had a verbal argument with him that almost turned physical. The service is horrible and the entire place needs to watch customer service related material to make this better.

Fries were 100 years old! Also they were too lazy to make the sandwich the right way. All pickles and bacon was stick together in one pile instead of spread out. There was no line, we were the only one in the drive thru.

Love going through the drive thru. I am always greeted with a smile. I always go early morning to get my coffee and one window server in particular I don't know his name is super nice he always greets me with a smile and so now I have named smiley so when he's at the window I say "Hi Smiley!!!" and he always finds the time for small greeting conversation ???Dietary restrictions: They have awesome salads my favorite is the apple pecan salad
