I ordered a small coffee with cream and one pump of pumpkin spice. They gave me a small coffee with like 3 pumps of pumping spice no cream. Coffee was so nasty. I almost turned back around but I was on the highway already. Service was not bad but they don’t know how to make a coffee.

This is so extremely disturbing but after drinking my iced caramel latte I found a literal human fingernail in my drink. I am beyond disgusted. Not only a disgusting experience but health wise this is extremely concerning!!!
