I have thoroughly enjoyed the menu and atmosphere of Fireside for years. Today was the first time their food was not five star. Two of us had a tri-tip roast with a section we could not cut through instead of the usual soft and delicious. I’m looking forward to our next visit and seeing if they are back to five star.

Never disappointed. Long time patrons. Tonight we had the clam chowder and we each had the seafood combo which was very tasty. Only thing is the portions were too skimpy for the money. We left hungry. Sorry to say:

Had a rack of ribs... Sydney was our waitress... It was all good, actually better than good. Salad. Cheesecake for dessert. Delicious.Service was well-timed, the menu was quite varied and the deserts looked really good so I'm going to have to go back -- now, it's on my "go back to" list. That's my experience; if you go there you can write about your experience.

Stopped at this spot while on the road. The service was quick and the food tasted very good. I personally didn't try their ribs but my family got them and said they were great. We went pretty late on a Monday night so it was empty but the atmosphere was nice. They had a lovely dessert selection too! The peach cobbler was delicious.

Food is always excellent. Service is super fast! Everything I have ever eaten here is always great. The Tri Tip roast is awesome, remember if you don't want your Tri Tip drenched in the yummy BBQ sauce tell your server. Got a combo Tri Tip no BBQ sauce, BBQ Ribs both meats were to die for, with Mac and Cheese and a huge stack of fresh Onion Rings. Food was to die for. Other guest had the Tri Tip au jus sandwich with broccoli. The sandwich is so juicy and the Tri Tip is delicious it's covered with grilled onions and mushrooms topped with cheese, you need a fork.Only complaint is the butter is always so cold (like frozen cold) you can't butter the yummy corn bread or rolls they serve or it falls apart or rips the roll. I have never been in a restaurant where the guests hugs the wonderful servers goodnight. They clearly have a very loyal and regular clientele.Been here a number of times since arriving in the area and will go again.Vegetarian options: Have salads to choose from also sea food if you eat it.Parking: Cramped and odd parking area but it's definitely fine. Need more handicapped spots.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance to the bar area and the hostess is not handicapped accessible at all. Weird steps, bad brick and finally an odd transition into the restaurant. I'm assuming the other entrance is handicapped accessible but haven't used it. Place is pack all the time in rain, snow, heat ... you could afford to do something about the entry way.

I ordered a cheeseburger but the roll was not fresh. I don't know if they had them in the refrigerator or freezer.

There is a definite miscommunication issue at this restaurant. I ordered my food, very specifically, and repeated it 3 times. The young woman on the phone asked me a question about my order and I had to repeat it once again. I got home and found one item I asked for specifically, was not included in the order. The order, -- since they don't have gluten free buns, I asked for it to be placed on a bed of romaine lettuce and tomatoes. This order was packaged up with 1 (outside), (usually the piece one throws away) super thin piece of iceberg lettuce, one tomato and a raw onion, which I specifically stated I do not want. This is my 2nd trip to this restaurant. The 1st time there was an issue with my order, wasn't prepared as I wished. This place, I hear, is busy and a neighborhood place to gather.Disappointed

Our server is a sweetheart ? Her friendly smile and great menu recommendations, her lovely Casper sweater and the super delicious food ensures that we keep going back to this restaurant. Thanks ?

The food was ready by the promised time. Sweet potato fries were ok, but soggy. The prime rib was ordered for medium rare and definitely cooked to medium well. Baby back ribs were decent and “fall off the bone” if just a bit tough. Flavor of the meats was only ok. Mac and cheese was good* . Overall only 3 stars. My first order and my last. For the cost, this food is Sysco quality ingredients with diner level preparation at prices approaching fine dining. If changes were to be made, I might reconsider ordering from this establishment again.*Edit: the piggy Mac and cheese was decent due to the pulled pork and bbq sauce. The side Mac and cheese with the prime rib was essentially bland and tasted as though boxed Mac and cheese “cheese” was used with better noodles. No hint of cheddar or anything resembling real cheese.
