Came here to order an Italian combo, sandwich was horrible, they even put mayonnaise on it. Who puts mayonnaise on a Italian combo? Will not be going back. I don't understand why they get great reviews. Also no lettuce, tomato or onion as well as listed on their sign. My bad for not making them open the sandwich. But I won't recommend nor go back.

This place is awesome. Yes there sandwiches are on the high side, but there is so much meat on the sandwich, It's two meals. I truly love this place.

My husband just returned from getting breakfast here. Such a disappointment. He asked for 2 spinach wraps with egg and bacon on one and the other, egg, bacon, and peppers. What we got was a white wrap with egg, bacon, sausage and cheese and the other was egg and cheese on a hard roll (no peppers on either sandwich) and the eggs weren't fully cooked! Disgusting!! All of this came to $18.00 (2 sandwiches and a medium coffee). The woman answering the phone was very rude! He had asked what kind of veggies can be put on sandwiches and she said, just tell me what you want. He asked what kind of wraps they had, she said, tell me what you want. She repeated back the order, but it was still made incorrectly. Prices seemed too high, website prices are way out of date ($3.50 vs. $4.50 for sandwich; $4.95 vs. $7.99 for the wrap; $5.99 vs. $7.99 for french toast, etc). Also $2.39 for medium sized coffee is a bit pricey. We have previously had breakfast take out here and food was good. Some of the add-on items range from $1 to $3 extra, leading to sticker shock at the register. Likely will not be returning to this place of business. The Salt Point Deli was recommended to us, but word of mouth also is effective to pass along bad experiences as well.
Excellent service...friendly. they remember how you like your food.
Very friendly staff!!Yummy Delicious Sandwiches!!
I was traveling to the NYC area for a concert and realized, I forgot my car charger. Its the 1st time in several years that I took the Taconic State Parkway, which I am not real familiar with. I used Google maps to find a store and this is the place it showed as closest to my location. It was in the middle of a suburban farming community. It thought it might not have what I sought. I went in and asked the young man working if they had chargers. He seemed bothered that I interrupted his attention to his phone. So he said he had chargers, but failed to tell me where. I also ordered a submarine sandwich which furthered the chasm of clerk and patron. I found the chargers and they were there for years. The dust and dirt were part of the packaging. Meaning I couldn't just brush it off, it became part of the box. The sandwich took roughly 15 mins to make, I paid for my items and I left. The sandwich was fresh and really good. So for a stop that was unplanned, it solved my dilemma, I got the charger and was able to eat something before the show. The clerk, however, needs some people skills.
Happened upon this little Gem traveling upstate to visit friends, passing through the small village of Salt Point NY,Looked nice from outside and the reviews for it were good.Have to say the reviews don't do it justice, have travelled all over Ny state and eaten in a thousand places, but none come close to this little hot spot, overall a great experience form start to finish,Both the food and the service were excellent,I had the chicken panini, and my wife had the Philly cheesesteak wrap both were excellent served hot of the grill and came with homemade frys, and a plus also came with Chef Malt vinegar,An American grill with Irish flavors, they also carry a nice range of irish products from candys, chips, bread, sausages and of course Irish bacon and beans, what more could a man want.Overall a great experience,by chance did happen to meet the owner Jim a gentleman who had been in the business for years, would highly recommend this little spot they also do catering for all events both big and small, plenty of parking right outside the door.If your ever passing through Salt Point NY,definitely worth checking out for a quick bit e or to sit down and have lunch or dinner.

As usual, another great visit. Last minute guests, bought 3 different entrees, pizza and pastry at Salt Point Deli. Never been disappointed and the food is delicious. Have ordered trays for parties and business luncheons. Try it.
This place isnt too bad , in the middle of no where , they have Boars head meats . They keep a decent amount of Groceries in the iles as well. Neat little old school General Store at the northend of Dutchess County
