We enjoyed a wonderful lunch with the Ahi poke bowl & shrimp pizza paired with refreshing cocktails for my husband’s birthday today. The lovely bartender Ginny/Jenny was fantastic even if it was her second day! There was a slight hiccup in the kitchen, but the manager handled it in more ways than they should have. Very grateful for good customer service! We will be back! Cheers! Thank you for a lovely day!

They are remodeling and it was not really open but in the attached hotel. No mentioning on website or opentable

Took an hour to get our food and it came out cold. We had children with us so you could imagine it wasn't a great experience. If the food had been hot I think it would've been very good. Overall will not come again.

Food was ok. Was not horrible but was not spectacular. The staff doesn’t seem they understand a dining experience. This place operated like a Golden Corral. Will seat you right on top of the next party when the rest of the place is empty. That’s 101. Nobody wants to dine out when they are right up on the next table . Duh. Seat further apart and worth closer as a place fills up.

Incredibly slow service. Restaurant was almost empty; it took 2.5 hours to dine. Had to ask waitress to refill drinks and she never came to check on us.

The food is just average hotel food. The restaurant looks nice and had a wonderful view. The service is hit or miss. One lady in the morning was really attentive, the others were inexperienced, messed up our orders and not very sociable. Overall it is just an average hotel restaurant.

This would have been excellent had it not been for the cranky hostess as soon as we walked in. She greeted us with wrinkled brows and seemed to be having a not—so-good evening, even though it was new-years-eve. I found it off putting for what should have been a celebratory evening. Our server was better however, attentive and friendly enough. Food was very good for the most part, atmosphere is great, definitely more bistro than pub. And nice views of the lake.

Made a confirmed 9:30a reservation, and upon arrival was met with a locked door and the front desk informed me the restaurant would not open until 10a, with no semblance of an apology. Wish I had more to say but that's where my experience began and ended.

We had a group of 4 adults and 2 children. There was no one else in the whole restaurant when we were there except for the waitress/bartender (This was October 22nd around 3 pm). The atmosphere was nice (clean tables, quiet music).

But why the rating you might ask? The food, although it had a delicious taste, sent 3 of us running for the bathroom, and to our horror the bathrooms were filthy (although very modern looking).

There were at least 3 workers there. The waitress was very nice but, with not another thing to do but take our order, brought me a very dirty highchair (visibly so with pieces of food stuck to it and large crumbs everywhere).

She also proceeded to bring us dirty glasses and dirty plates (yes, more than 1), all of which she looked at directly as she passed them to us! The plates had obvious pieces of food stuck to them and yet she gave them to us for our appetizers. The meal presentation was gorgeous although half of us felt extremely sick afterwards.

The waitress wasn't very attentive during the meal (again, she had no other tables to wait on). 1 single man came in towards the end and ordered but for about 45 minutes the place was completely empty.

We definitely expected more for the price and other positive reviews. 😢

The service was incredible. The woman that was working the bar was also taking orders and taking care of tables. She was a rockstar. The view was incredible. The place really has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, I can’t rate it super high because the food was just not that good. I got the steak and the mashed potatoes. The potatoes are so watery and soupy. They literally have the consistency of instant mashed potatoes. The wings were rubbery. Because of how great the service was and the incredible view, I would definitely give it another shot and see if I can edit my ranking up higher. Maybe I just caught the kitchen on a bad night.

We went for Sunday specials! The wings are great! But I waited for my beer in forever, the food is understandable. I can see my beer setting there and by the time she touched the glass its already warm that she had to toss it and pour a new glass.

The folks are friendly but I think this place can do better. They served us food but no water, had to wait for anyone who will walk by because no one was close to us, they're all outside. Oh and one more thing, be sure to check your bill, we got billed for something we didnt order. I like this place because of the atmosphere and it's by the lake, just need improvement in service!
