Spent an evening to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We used Hilton honor points for this trip. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Free parking in a safe garage adjoining the building. This place has a lot of history and it is nicely displayed throughout the hotel. They have done a nice job with the renovation while still maintaining the old world charm. Room was very clean, modern, quite pleasant with nice street view. Quiet also. Free coffee and tea throughout the day. Downstairs hotel restaurant was convenient and service was fine but food not really memorable. Check in staff was friendly and efficient. One downside was lobby was occupied in evening by a high school prom. Music kinda loud. Did want to hang out in there as both outside and inside fireplaces and comfy furniture. Great hotel located in the middle of Lake Saranac village. Room well appointed and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Bar and terrace is definitely worth spending time at - open mic night while I was there. Parking is free. There were also two Level 2 EV chargers on site.
