This is an absolute gem of a spot in Saratoga. The jazz is amazing and also free. I believe this is $2 cover some nights. The drink menu is off the charts crazy in a good way. They can get a little pricey, however they have great beers for $7 a pint so, you can't complain there. The only small complaint I have is just how loud it can get while the jazz is going on, so you kind of got a wheel your way to the front if you want to watch them play and hear them without a bunch of people yelling in your ear. So yeah older crowd but, they still like to have fun, I just turned 40, so I nearly fit in now but I've been going there for 10 years or so and most were double my age but 100% awesome people. The staff is awesome and does not leave you waiting when you're trying to get a drink. And did I mention the jazz? Oh yeah the jazz is great.

Hands-down, unquestionably, without a doubt, the only bar you ever need to frequent in Saratoga.
Fantastic, top-shelf cocktails... served casually and comfortably, yet with style. Plus - and it's a big plus for musician / music-obsessed people like me - you won't find better players in the NYC-to-Montreal region than you'll find playing here every Friday and Saturday night. And you won't find a better scotch and bourbon selection anywhere.
9 Maple may be your new place to be; it sure is for me.

This isn't just a bar, it's an experience. An old historic space that gives a relaxed vibe. Thier menu of spirits has anything you want. The bar tenders offer perfectly made drinks grommet extensive menu.

After a great dinner in downtown Saratoga Springs our waiter/waitress recommended 9 Maple for after dinner drinks. What a waste of time. Bar only had about 14 patrons and one bartender who would not even acknowledge our existence. Ownership has what appears to be a large and first class whiskey collection but apparently doesn’t want it to be sold to patrons. If 9 Maple is going out of business please do it fast.

We went to Nine Maple after a nice dinner at Mouzon house with 8 of us. We stood at the bar for 25 minutes and were completely ignored by the bartender who was having a good time at the other end of the bar with his friends. Eventually we left without ever having been able to buy a drink. Lost revenue and a horrible experience. Please hire a bartender who cares, whomever you have is horrible.

6 of us stopped for a Martini on a Saturday afternoon around 6. There were 5 other people who all had drinks and the 2 Bartenders ignored us for probably 10 minutes. Never asked how are you do you need anything.
The newer bartender James was an absolute treasure! Extremely friendly and provided quick service. Very enjoyable time.

Martini bar had some very good choices. Kamikaze martini and cosmopolitan were excellent. Creamsicle martini was not as creamy as desired. They have many beer choices bottled and draft. Stella was offered.

Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! Such a dope quiet vibe. It's definitely gets loud in the summer. They always have a jazz band playing on the weekends. But their espresso martinis are THEE BEST in the 518. Hands down!!! The bartenders are all excellent. Manhattans here are also 2nd to none !!!! Definitely the place to come grab any type of Bourbon or Whiskey drinks in Saratoga. You will not be disappointed ???
