Steamed rice not cooked enough. Go there a lot n fish has always been good. Today hamburger was dry and fries were rubbery like the bottom of pan. Usually food is good. Told waitress about rice and she said ok and never offered to redo or anything and walked away. Most restaurants ask if there is anything they can do. Usually staff is very friendly.

Met my daughter here for lunch. My 1st time dining at this chain. I was disappointed that my burger was not hot and juicy. The fries were really hot and fresh. My daughter got the chicken parm. Our waitress was very good, and she was super busy. I would eat here again.

Really liked the chicken strips. They were fresh and tasted like they were fried in really fresh oil (I can immediately tell if something’s been fried in bad oil). The chicken was nice and soft and strips were tasty and crispy. The portion was huge. I’d definitely order again if I’m in the area.

I had the ribeye for 29.99. It was pretty thin. Tasted pretty good but it won't be confused with a steak from steakhouse. Overall enjoyable experience. Id go back and get something else.

Slow service. It seemed like no one knew what was going on. Waited a while for server, then waited about 15 mins for drinks after that. Main dishes came out before app. Then app came out. Hectic, chaotic and I'd say at the time we went restaurant was 1/2 filled for the weekend lunch.
