I was there on 8/16 and got charged $49.99 on my credit card statement but I know the check was for approx. $44 and change. Besides, I know I would've rounded $49.99 up to $50. I remember all this but I can't find my receipt (from a week ago) so I can't dispute it with my CC company. It would be nice if somebody at Applebee's could verify the amount I signed for so it can be adjusted. If that didn't happen and it is ME who is wrong, I'd be the first to admit it and apologize but I'm certain the total was less than $49.99...it's just that the exact amount escapes me because I misplaced the receipt. Your help would be appreciated.

We didn't eat. Just had 🍸. The bartender was amazing! She was slammed! Bar and tables were full, but she still made killer cocktails with a smile, and made time for great conversation. Now that's what I'm talking about! All the food that came out of the kitchen looked and smelled amazing. We looked at the menu, and they had some amazing specials going on with amazing prices. You can't go wrong at Applebee's!

In town for the weekend and I had a waitress who wasn't very friendly, lacked manners, didn't check on me or ask how my lunch was. Disappointed 1000% and won't be returning. It wasn't busy as it was early afternoon, I expected much better.

They have cockroaches in the kitchen and never called an exterminator. Mounds of moldy pasta at the bottom of the cooler unit there for years. I told the GM and he shrugged it off. I have pictures of all of this. This restaurant is disgusting. The cooks don't care about your food at all....it's too busy in the kitchen to care. I wouldn't spend a penny in this place.....I also wouldn't feed anything out of that kitchen to my kid or any kid. Pans aren't wiped down but just wrapped at the end of the night. Dirtiest kitchen I've ever seen. Certain people drink alcohol on the clock there as well. Oh and the managers wont put in your sick time....I asked twice to put it in 2 weeks before I quit....was never done 12 hours. This place is hanging on by a thread the owner only cares about his money not the actual quality of anything. Stay away from SARATOGA APPLEBEES. This place needs to be shut down just like Fridays. Oh and the servers pick fries off the plates with their bare hands fries that were portioned and put there for the customer....they also poke steaks with their bare fingers to see if they are still hot/to temp. I've seen a server swipe her fingers across her runny nose then proceed to pick fries off her tables plate sitting in the window. I get it restaurants are kinda not your average job and nothing is ever perfect...but this place has so many health code violations it needs to be shut down. Worked in kitchens my whole life. Health department needs to go back and actually look under the drawers in the coolers. Also saw a worker dipping the ice cream scoop in the sanitizer bucket.....maybe by accident but still that ice cream could have been for a kid and sanitizer isn't supposed to be ingested. Your food isn't safe in the cooks hands or even after put up in the window there. Hope this was worth the $300 sick time I didn't receive and said to my face it would be checked on! This is all truth by the way yes I'm angry about the shitty treatment but all these things people need to know. For your health and safety and for your kids!!!!!!

I would give no stars for food because I didn't get any. After more than 45 min of waiting for my food, I finally gave up and left. A suggestion if you are going to do that, maybe you should serve something to people to ride them over. Like 99 serve popcorn. Roadhouse serves peanuts. I went to a different restaurant, and they got it right. Please do better apple bees because I really do like your food.

I was excited to taste their new honey glaze chicken with bacon and waffle fries. The fries were missing and the chicken wasn’t cooked properly. I wonder if the staff check the food?
