Love the pretzels and the people here. Usually have a full selection in the warmer and friendly enough service. I love the frozen chocolate that they have this time of year. A kudos to the clerk John for having a nice smile.

One of the workers that was on today his name was Alec he was extremely rude to me refused to take my order because I stood in the wrong part of the line and took the peoples order that were behind me. This made me feel terrible and definitely made me not want to buy food from here. I don’t recommend anyone to go here, this worker really ruined my whole appetite. Highly disappointed that the company lets him treat customers like this.

I bought 3 traditional pretzels. They were really really tasty and a million miles away from the hard pretzels I have bought in the UK.A little on the expensive side, but nice as an occasional treat for the family.

Worst experience the food was horrible and over priced. There was hair in my pretzel dogs. And the employees were filthy dirty hands and fingernails. I could almost vomit writing this. I will have to call the health department.

I have never met such rude employees. I ordered 2 pretzels and 2 cheese dips as the pretzels looked very dry. So I asked very nicely if they would brush a little more butter on it and they refused and said there is already butter on them. I asked again as they looked very dry and seemed to be sitting in the heater for a long time. And yet again they refused saying "there is already butter on them and this is not possible". I would NEVER come back here again as the pretzels were dry and the employees attitude let much to desire.

I love Auntie Anne's so much the turkey, and cheddar rolls are delicious. The hot dogs in a blanket of bread is amazing. Every Wednesday I go to Auntie Anne's with a smile on my face before, and after ordering. ❤?????

The woman that works at the Wilton location is a very miserable and mean person. There are no name tags so I couldn’t tell you who. My children were standing with their father in line and got a little close to the guests in front of them and she yelled very rudely at my children. Instead of saying it nicely which I was about to say it anyway she had the nerve to yell at my children. She is the most rudest employee I ever saw. You want business you may want to hire employees with good customer service skills. I will never go to one of these stores again. You don’t yell at children especially when they are young and have done nothing wrong.
