Just a really special place. We came in and were greeted by Zac. Who is as effervescent as the champagne he serves. It really was something incredible to see how passionate he was. He gave us great drink recommendations and was incredibly knowledgeable about his craft. The atmosphere is cozy, yet upscale and fun. We had an absolute blast and will be back again!

From the second we walked in we knew we were in for a treat. Michael was amazing from start to finish and the bubbles and fig flatbread were just as lovely. Thanks for the reccs too — you made our wedding anniversary so special!

My husband and I have gone to this establishment for over a year and a half. We live in NYC but we have a house in Saratoga so we visit often. We order one of their most expensive champagnes, Paul Laurent, and I usually order the caviar for $140. We recently bought the champagne from a store for a dinner party and imagine our surprise when we realized that they don't increase the price by the customary 30% but make a profit on the bottle on each glass they sell for $30+. The bottle costs in the low $30s. This last time we went there, my husband was parking the car. I ordered our usual champagne but by mistake called it Saint Lauren. They have no such label. The server served me a glass of a Sancerre named Saint Veran. Every time we have gone there, the serve staff has been different. That should've been a clue. Staff turn-over is never good, especially in a small town. There was never a sense of familiarity. Long story short, the manager, Sam, behaved like I had wasted the most expensive class of wine which actually cost $18 a glass and so much less a bottle for them. She reluctantly offered to bring me the champagne but at that point I thought the mistake was mine. I ordered the caviar and had it with the wine. A little later, the server brought a flute glass and poured literally two fingers worth of the Saint Laurent for me as a "gesture." Really?! This was so cheap, so petty. The owner(s) would do well to replace their manager, Sam, as she has no idea how to keep or cultivate well-paying regular customers. Shame.

This spot is truly one of a kind. Slightly tucked away from the main drag, you sit in this quaint boujie cozy bar where the champagne selection ranges from affordable to once-in-a-lifetime bottles. The menu is a perfect (and delicious) selection for pre or post dinner bites. The staff are lovely and helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough.

It’s good but it’s not THAT good. While I appreciate that they are serving champagnes that cost more than $15 a bottle retail, there really isn’t a reason this flight should be $90 after tax and tip. PLUS, they frown on you sharing a flight. OK. Sharing this flight will still yield you more revenue than 2 glasses at an avg of $20 each. Good vibes though, so still 4 stars, just didn’t really find the monetary value there. Your mileage may vary.
Lovely experience and delicious drinks

Was blown away by this place. Everybody was beyond friendly and helpful. The lavender spritz was perfectly balanced and a delight to the senses! Got a great recommendation for a wine that paired perfectly with the caviar and olives. Highly recommend

I met the owner Clark, and staff. They were very informative on their drink menu. I am usually not a wine person, but the way they pour the wine and how they got an understanding of my wine "pallet", really opened my eyes to the wining experience. I'm not sure if that is a good thing, haha.My taste buds and girlfriend are enjoying it.

Very cute little champagne bar. Made reservations prior. My table was ready right on time and staff was super friendly. I loved that there was a good selection of drinks and cocktails. The charcuterie was also good! Would definitely recommend enjoying before dinner or for a happy hour! Be sure to make reservations as it is pretty small inside.
