The food is excellent. The restaurant is casual but refined. The staff is friendly and professional. Everything we have had on the menu has been great. A wide selection of interesting beers. The chef/owner Armand took a moment to say hello. A first class dining experience. We have been several times, and can't wait to return.
Consistently the best food in Saratoga Springs. Our waitress was engaging and funny, service was excellent and everything is so on point. I feel like I'm in Eastern Europe every time I dine here. You must save room for dessert!
Great nite out. Customer appreciation specials 3 courses for one set price. Lots of choices. And wine bottle specials to. Food was presented well. Tasted great. Service was spot on. Friendly and attentive. Very quite nite too. Sat inside in bar area near the window. Ty. I will be back.
The jagerschnitzel was awesome--and massive! Even with the size, we still happily finished it.
Great place to eat. Delicious food, wonderful staff. Hubby and I go all the time. Talented chef!
It is nice to have Belgium restaurant in the area, though it is a German focused one (I generally find French-forward Belgium food a little more interesting and varied). This was our second time dining there (the first time was shorty after it first opened). The food is well executed (Bitterballen, Split Pea & Ham Soup for apps, Jagerschnitzel and Duck Nordica for entrees), overall, but I found most of it a little under salted (with no salt and pepper on the table, and this is not a place that really should omit such items on a table) and lacking a pinch of needed acidity or heat (a "pinch" as Belgium food is not spicy). The dessert was first rate (take on cheesecake). The wine list is average; my Sauvignon Blanc was fine, but my wife's Prosecco and Port at the end was awful. The beer she ordered was excellent. The service was good, the decor very pleasant, and the price was as expected: $200 with a 20%-ish tip (a bit over that). So, Brasserie Benelux is good, not great, though, to be honest, that is the case with most "fine dining" restaurants in Saratoga Springs. Just go 15 miles north to Glens Falls for, ironically, better fine dining and a less pretentious and crowded atmosphere during the summer.
It's kinda of German and Swedish fusion as it has the famous Swedish meatball and famous German Bratwurst. I ordered the bacon wrapped around scallops. That's a highly recommended appetizer. Well fry bacon and scallops are the right texture. Not rubbery. Entrees included three different Bratwurst, Weiss Wurst, Vienna Wurst, Sauerkraut. To be honest, it wasn't my favorite dish cos it's too normal as compared to other restaurants that I have tried. However their wild mushrooms pasta was out of the ordinary. Loving it. It's simply yet not overly cheesy with the cream. I would definitely recommend it. Overall, it was a great experience and great food. Would try other dishes sometime
It was refreshing to be served by a professionally trained waitress who understands unobtrusive service. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.
We had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked into the door. Our food was amazing too !
Had a lovely time last night at Brasserie Benelux- live music, great atmosphere for the holidays-
Always looking for good German food in the area and Benelux was a hit for me last night. To start, Kwak on tap is always a treat in the capital district. We had chick pea hummus which was fresh and tasty- hummus was cold and the naan was actually hot. Potato pancake was tasty without being overly greasy. Served with a side of applesauce and sour cream. Squash bisque missed the mark-flavor was off and too thick in our opinion. Entre was Jagerschnitzel which was very good-hot when served! Gravy and mushroom sauce was on the mark for me-not too heavy with a good flavor -could have used a bit more pop. Waitress recommended spatzle which was very good. Wurst platter was also good. We will be back again.

This evening I went to Brasserie Benelux while waiting for the bus, and thus was an amazing bar experience. I don’t exactly remember my bartender’s name tonight (12/12/24) but she was absolutely wonderful! (She had braces and a big red bow in her hair tonight) She not only made me two absolutely to die for chai martinis, but was so sweet and paid it forward when I missed the bus I was waiting for, and was totally hospitable. I wish I could’ve left her a larger tip than I did! Also an honorary mention has to go to the live Christmas music to bring in the holiday! It was absolutely fantastic. Thank you to my bartender. I hope she has the happiest of holidays and always gets to wait on the best tables 🫶🏼❤️

Really enjoyed our meal here! We ordered delivery once a while ago and it was soooo good that we decided next time we were in Saratoga we would go and eat in house. It did not disappoint! Appetizer and beet salad was delicious! Our meals and desserts were amazing! And my favorite is the red cabbage! I wish I had the recipe! The dinning room was really lovely, I loved the decor and the service was fast and friendly! Also the cocktails were really great! We will be back for sure!

Armand, Totsi, and Jackie are always very welcoming every time we visit. If Saratoga Springs ever gets a Michelin Star restaurant it should be Brassiere Benelux!

A hidden gem! Great spot for some delicious European cuisine. The staff are great and it's a surprisingly big venue as well. I highly recommend getting the Bitterballen as an appetizer! 😋🇳🇱
