Stay away! Place is filthy dirty and rude staff. Glasses had more dirty water spots than clean areas. No A/C inside and floors loaded with debris. Staff arguing with me ordering bottled water over tap. I've dined everywhere over the last 20 years in Saratoga and never leave negative reviews but I have never had a worst dining experience. We left after refusing to dine in that lack of cleanliness. They marked us as a no show and still charged my card the reservation fee. If you have reservations, cancel! Their rating is a fraud and they shouldn't be in hospitality industry.

Dining while Black!!! Don't do it! My husband and I had dinner here after attending the Saratoga Jazz festival. It was an awful experience. We waited for twenty minutes to be greeted by our waiter after white patrons who were seated after us were greeted and served first. After finally being greeted by our waitress, we placed our order for appetizers and our entrees. We watched in horror as the white patrons who placed their orders after us received their appetizers first! We ordered the Swedish meatballs as our appetizers, my husband had the bacon wrapped scallops and salad. I had salad with grilled chicken as my entree. All of our food came out at once! We were so dismayed at the service that we didn't realize until later that the Swedish meatballs we received didn't have the accompanying sauce or Swedish flag! We realized this when we saw the white family in front who had ordered the same appetizers and we remembered that it was accompanied by the sauce and flag! One of the reasons we decided to dine here was to experience a different culture. Absolutely unacceptable and undeserving of our patronage. Brasserie Benelux do better!! Be better than this! We went for dinner to this wonderful place a couple of days ago. Absolutely fantastic European dishes, which taste as if you are actually in Europe. Meats are delicious, sauces are great, “zakuski” is a separate type of pleasure. You can feel that everything is made with love in house, and the ingredients are super fresh. Dishes are well balanced, hosts and staff are super pleasant, and the place has good vibes and a nice atmosphere of casual, but at the same time of a formal dining. Seriously, one of the best restaurant experiences recently, highly recommended to everybody, especially the schnitzel and the strudel, which tastes like back home!

The owners are wonderful people, you can really see the pride of ownership throughout the space itself, the service (staff is great!) and finally the delicious and creative menu.

First time dining here, and it was fantastic! I brought my mother, who is German, and she absolutely loved it. Jackie, our server, was amazing—so attentive and friendly, even though the restaurant was really busy. Great service, great atmosphere. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town. Prost! 🍻

A unique experience unlike any other eatery on Braodway or in Saratoga. First time guest and was blown away by the great staff and meal. From the moment you enter you are greeted with smiles and warmth. The decor is amazing and comfortable. This place is 4 1/2 stars hands down. What makes it a 5 is our server Jackie. She was nothing short of amazing. Not only did she make great recommendations, she also was friendly and just an amazing person. We will definitely be back and recommend this place highly.
