We can't wait to go back. We hesitated for a long time eating there, but decided to go there on restaurant week. Fantastic!!!!! The only thing we didn't care for were the drinks we ordered. We spent $15 on each drink and probably had 3 sips and it was finished. We'll stick with sparkling water. Other than that its 5 stars all the way!

This is a great spot for any occasion! The food is incredible and service is just as great. What a gem!

As Belgians visiting the area, we were delighted to find this cozy European brasserie right in the heart of town. We absolutely loved the mussels, the bitterballen, and the Dame Blanche Sunday — all prepared beautifully and full of authentic flavor. If you’re looking to experience genuine Central European comfort food in a warm, inviting atmosphere, this place is a must-try!

With a beautiful interior on a slow lunch on a Saturday, our food was fine, but didn't live up to the price asked. While the sausages on the wurst platter were good, the Jaegershnitzel was underseasoned and the pate fell flat. There were lunch specials available that were more reasonably priced, but they seemed standard fair vs. the European dishes we had made the trip to taste.

We ordered Norden dock and Swedish meatballs, plus sides of the spaietzel and the cucumbers salad. They all were very delicious 😋. I really liked the dock it was very crispy and the sauce balanced every flavor.

Absolutely delicious food from start to finish! From the potato pancakes to the finishing dessert of cream puffs and of course everything in between, the food was outstanding. You really feel like you are in Switzerland or Germany. Beer list is fantastic. The service was wonderful. This place is a true example of a great restaurant!

It's too bad that a restaurant with quality food--it was really quite tasty--is obscured by subpar staff, an unwelcoming environment, and rampant unprofessionalism. Not to mention a poorly mixed, overpriced, and watered down cocktail. I am a wheelchair user--the hostess needs to figure out where I'm going to sit before I am standing in the doorway waiting to be seated. A restaurant should train its staff during hours when diners are not also in the restaurant. A brusque and extremely loud hostess didn't help matters, nor the fact that the busing staff had no problem taking phone breaks during shift. This is all before one of the dishes we ordered was delivered with a bread tie prominently displayed--as if it were a garnish. Reparations were offered, but by then the mood was blown. In a town full of choices, Brassiere Benelux should not be one of your first, unless they put in the necessary work to refine their operation. Like I said, it's too bad, because the Bitterballen, veal stroganoff special, and chicken schnitzel were all very good, but they could have been even better without a bread tie.

We continue to patron Benelux and each time are delighted with the food and staff. It's our favorite dining experience in Saratoga

I have wanted to go here for what felt like ages. It finally happened and it didn’t disappoint. My husband said he has been craving this food at this level, for years. YEARS!! From the minute we walked in until the time we left, every second was amazing. V was our server and she was exceptional. Our scallop app was delicious. The mushroom soup brought me right back to trips to Poland. The potato pancakes were drool worthy. The Veal melted in our mouths and made my husband feel like he was back in Germany. The Polish kielbasa platter (I’m not sure what the exact name is) was gone so fast from our friend’s plate, I can only imagine it was as delicious as the rest. Every bit felt like a trip to Europe. We were too full to enjoy our desserts but I’m certain when we have them at home they’ll be as amazing as everything else. Thank you Brasserie Benelux, we will be back, and it will be soon!

Food was great, but service and back of the restaurant seating were not great. Waitress seemed annoyed by questions about the menu and we were seated in the back of the restaurant, which is dark and dingy, when the entire front of the restaurant was empty. Won't be going back anytime soon!

Tried this restaurant during restaurant week. Looking to avoid the usual Italian, Steak, Burger routine, so we went for the Sauerbraten. Terrific w/ spaetzle and red cabbage. A wonderful option to the boring offerings of most restaurants. The appetizer of potato pancake w/ Hungarian goulash was delicious. Wife's schnitzel was A+. Highly recommended.

Everything was great! I would describe BB as upscale and comfortable. Not always an easy combination!

Most restaurants during restaurant we skimp on the portions. However, not here. Full-blown portions and done to perfection.
