Slowest Burger King in the world, just go somewhere else. Waited in the Drive-Thru for about 20 minutes without the line moving at all. When inside and waited about 5 minutes before giving up. Literally the opposite of fast food.
I was picking up a DoorDash order and the store associate Holly was EXTREMELY RUDE!! Well I was in Burger King again yesterday And apparently this location just seems to hire rude mean miserable people! The so-called manager Cody yelled at me across the store over a straw! All I was trying to do was make sure my customer had one! I did not feel one in the bag! He yelled at me and told me he put one in there, he would not stop over that straw! I am to the point that I am sick and tired of being treated horribly when I go in there! I get dirty looks from the employees as I did yesterday! I have yet to find one employee at this location that is nice, respectful and is not lazy! The employees that I have encountered apparently don't like doing their job! I also do not appreciate snotty comments from them while I'm in there! I am not hard of hearing, so they need to stop! I have reported this issue to DoorDash! I am also contacting Carol's corporation!

Nasty people work here, most of all are pill popping coke snorting bullies. Who are rude to customers and don't follow sanitation rules.
Went through the drive-thru , only two cars ahead of me, two behind. Initially we were asked to "please wait to order" (not a big deal only waited a couple minutes). Ordered $27 worth of food (easy requests no special orders) for myself, wife and 3 young sons. They had me pull up to wait. They brought food about 5 minutes later, at first glance saw we were missing a kids meal. Had to walk all the around because side door was locked by drive-thru where they come out. It was downpouring rain. Returned to my car to realize my kids were never given BBQ sauce . Drove around this time to main entrance, returned inside expecting a simple transaction between adults asking for my 2 missing BBQ sauces. First they said I had to pay for the sauce I never recieved with my meals, then one young employee tried to hand me one package to which I told her I need two, two of my sons ordered nuggets to which the recieved no sauce. They insisted they put them in the bag I showed them said bag (only 2 marinara) it was a whole ordeal.. finally with an attitude the employee threw two BBQs in my bag acting as if I were stealing them. I would a negative star rating for customer service if possible. Good luck with this BK location.

Ordered food, and was asked by the manger rudely how my McDonald's was (7 yr old step daughters order). I do not like being disrespected with sarcasm when I'm paying you my money. Will NOT be back!
