Spent a good amount of money on an order through a delivery service. 1st it took about an hour and a half. 2nd, and unfortunately, I bit the sandwhich with moldy bread first. Ruined my whole meal. Added a photo. I feel like one of the employees would have seen this.

Honestly come full because by the time you get your food you'll be hungry again. The wait time is crazy NO matter the time of day. The food is mediocre and is NEVER hot, always cold. Just not worth it..... try making a burger at home, not a bad idea.
Decided to stop by BK after work to get me and the family dinner. I'm not kidding when I say I waited over 30 mins in line inside and not ONCE did the lady acknowledge any of us standing in line. Back completely turned to us. I ultimately left got back in my car drove across the street to McDonald's with a packed drive through and lobby was in and out in 10 mins. Acknowledged within 40 seconds. This is just a pitiful remind why burger king is falling to disrepair. Also your parking lot and vestibule smelled like raw sewage.

Why do they not have a baby changing table in the rest rooms? I like bringing my granddaughter out to lunch and I had to put her on the dirty bathroom floor to change her! Discussing, guess we can’t do Burger King till she starts using the bathroom!!!
