I'm not a fan of the greasy smelling atmosphere. While they advertise fresh cut fries, the batch I got tasted as if it had been sitting around for awhile. The service was friendly and tried to keep the line moving.

I pulled up to the drive through on July 21 2024 and my child unfortunately was having a bad episode while I was ordering food so I’m just trying to calm her down because my child has ALL ( Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia ) and she had just had her chemotherapy and she was in a lot of pain, mind you my daughter just 3 years old. The person taking my order instead of being understanding or even patient with me got very rude and made a rude and disrespectful comment stating “ your child is being too loud I cannot hear you there is a McDonald across the street please go over there “ after hearing that comment I got very defensive and told her that , that is very rude customer service and I would like to speak with a manager coming to find out she is the manager and I told her that is no way to run a restaurant and that’s very disrespectful customer service after I was done speaking I ask her if it’s okay for me to repeat my order. After pulling up and paying for my order which was $27 and some change my kids meal I order the food was very cold and my chicke sandwich was crushed and flatten. This experience was very unacceptable and I will never ever recommend this location at all. I will however be taking a lawyer and be speaking with corporate to make sure this experience never happens to another mother like myself or a child with special needs ever again. This location should be shut down or even their management and customer service level needs to be changed.

Food is good here. It tastes 'clean.' I go here a few times a month and always have the same thing, because they cook it just right. Sometimes staff seems attentive and happy to be there working. Other times they seem a little impatient. That's why I gave a 4.

Burgers were cold w a slice if cold cheese and a cold bun. They were out of almost all soda selections. No napkins. We used paper towels. Fries luke warm at best. With all the awesome other restaurants in saratoga, I'm still SMH as to why we picked there. Most of the $30 we spent went in the trash Also, no paper towels in the restroom. Very disappointed

Ordered from here on doordash this morning (7/5/24). Have ordered from here in the morning before with no issues. Today, they waited over 30 minutes to cancel our order because they "were reported to be closed". They were available on doordash and showed up as open. They have been on doordash in the morning before and have fulfilled our orders. It was one of the only places that I could order from as an overnight employee. Incredibly disappointed with them in how this was poorly handled. If they had cancelled it right away, I would have still been disappointed, but I could have ordered elsewhere. Until things improve with this location, you have lost my business.
Actually pretty good! Fries are just ok. Be warned - the default for the burger is a double patty; generous of them but too much for me.

Great burger place with variety of choices. Great customer service. We are in town for the first time and loved this affordable place ( yes they still exist). I had burger bowl that is served on a base of fresh salad and was yummy. Colin provided great customer service.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely the worst service ever. I ordered a burger and fries online where I picked the items I did and didn’t want on my burger I am paying for. They got the order completely wrong and I didn’t realize until I got back to work. I called to ask them to make it correctly and I will come get it. They told me no they made it how it came through to them. So I went back down there because there is no way I’m spending $25 on a burger and fry they messed up. If it was just an extra topping I would’ve took it off and lived on but they slathered it in a sauce I didn’t lot ask for. I pulled up my email confirmation to show them my order that there company sent me a confirmation of and refused to even look. I’m trying to show another worker and they turn away as to obey the manager of no one will fix it. He told me no he will not remake it since he did it according to how he got the order. I wonder black women I can not remember her name looked at my receipt and fixed my order and apologized. As she was doing so the manager is in the back talking out loud about how he’s not fixing and how no one will and just being completely unprofessional. This is a garbage establishment and I hope that wonderful women who did her job and took the time to acknowledge my concerns. Will never go back and have not been back. If anyone asks me about the location I direct them to the Latham location of five guys since they have better service and can read and complete orders as requested. It really does suck because I did come here at the least once a week if not more. You can’t charge this much and have garbage humans working for you.

Will was outstanding. All the food was great for my family of a 21 daughter, an 18 year old son and my Wife from Germany. Very clean, great ambient music, sound, ambiance, vibe if I do say humbly. As A Father, this place is worth checking out. Inside and Out and BTW, Great Fresh Bear Choices. Take your time ordering Y' All. They may be the best in the business.
