The manager within the store doesn’t let other people work when they’re requesting hours, people sometimes (like me) have family problems and she doesn’t care. she and the other manager promise to many things and do not commit to it, people request things and doesn’t respect other people’s wishes. Management is terrible between the staff and they need to do better within their workplace. They need to do better before they go out of management. Refusing to eat here.

Ordered $30 worth of food to be picked up at 1:10. Got there by 1:03 , went inside it wasnt there so i assumed it wasnt ready. Had my sister in law go in, asked where it was and they said someone stole it. This has now happened to us 3 times. When we proceeded to ask why this keeps happening and if theyre going to do anything about it, the manager with blonde and black hair yelled at us and gave us attitude telling us to call the 1800 number. She said they make sure its put out 15 minutes early BEFORE its actually due. WHY?! Absolutely crap customer service, rude, and did not care that this is the third time this has happened to us. Dont recommend doing pick up on the website whatsoever.

Had to give a 1 star to be able to review … the evening manger women with black & dyed grey hair is the most disrespectful unprofessional person I’ve ever seen in any fast food or retail .. I ordered a mobile order and my bowl was made completely wrong , she told me I could go through the LINE ( I did a mobile order so I didn’t have to lol ) and REPAY FOR MY BOWL to be made again , I ordered guac on the side and asked for it and she told me AGAIN I had to repay for IT . Excuse me ??? How does that make any sense ?? I explained to her that , that wasn’t fair , she started yelling at me and swearing at me calling me names , so I did as well & asked for the 1800 number and she told me I had to get out of her store right now or I’d be arrested ! A complete joke for a company , I live locally and will rather travel to Albany if I want chipotle at 45 minutes away then to deal with that mean miserable disrespectful unprofessional customer service again !

I come here relatively often, always order the same bowl. Today they made it wrong and one worker was very nice and said they would remake it and then an older worker (found her name was Ashley) came over and told me some bs and basically that it was normal and that I was wrong, so they wouldn’t remake it. I usually wouldn’t have said anything and just eaten it but it wasn’t busy at all and would’ve appreciated to get what I ordered.

went at 6pm and they were out of every protein option available. they told me to wait 10-15 mins for steak and chicken to be ready so i waited. 20 minutes passes and they tell me they are completely out and they made me wait for no reason. horrible customer service and how do you run out of every protein option at 6pm?
I have eaten here a few times and it has been fine, no different than any other Chipotle. However today I got a burrito for lunch and there was a large piece of hard plastic in it. I could have easily choked on this, thankfully I did not but seems crazy this was in my food.

Chipotle is one my favorite fast food joints. However, the Wilton Chipotle has nothing on Queensbury. Portions here suck and some of the employees are clueless. Also my price at Wilton is consistently more expensive than in Queensbury? Doesn’t make much sense.
