The staff is new and improved. They went out of their way to make sure my order was correct and their coffee is always fresh. If I had one bit of advice I'd keep the hours open until like 10pm. Other than that, it's a very nice change from what's been happening in the area.

I remember one night I was sitting in drive thru and waiting for car at window to leave after getting stuff, I thought maybe they still had more items. Like 5 minutes went by and the car just pulled off without receiving more items. I asked the guy at window "what was that about?" He replied saying it was his gf or something and I'm just thinking like what the hell, you let me sit behind her that long so you guys can talk? What if I had been heading to work? Really unprofessional staff and honestly they should have a supervisor with them who cares at all time to prevent things like that. Life gives us all enough problems to worry and deal with, we don't need more. Thanks, for nothing. Both sad and kinda glad you guys shut down. But honestly you had it coming.

I am from NYC so maybe I'm a little spoiled but I went into this Dunkin and asked for 2 particular donuts both of which they didn't have. They could have run out, but that wasn't it. What struck me was that when I asked for them, she said, "I have been working here 3 years and I have never seen those before." The donuts were the French Crueller and Bavarian Creme. I left with something else and it was fine but....

Why would you open your Saratoga Springs Broadway location with one employee on 9/3 ? The lobby was closed but one person trying to handle drive thru is insane. There was at least 5 employees I counted at exit 15 location couldn't they help ? We feel very badly for the person stuck alone .

one of the worst dunkin experiences in my life. I waited 25 effin minutes just to order and there were only 3 people in front of me. it was an absolute embarrassment. whoever manages this place should be fired
