We were served by Cara. No smile, one order placed between two customers. She doesn't want to work. Extremely unpleasant staff. She even asked us to take out our receipt because she no longer knew what we had ordered two minutes before. Un grand bravo !

Rude staff can’t even get an order correct they should definitely go through this place and clear out all the bad people that worked there. I remember when I worked there this place was much better run now it seems to have gone way down the tubes. How do you mess up a sandwich with bacon egg and cheese on a English muffin toasted well I didn’t say burn it I said toast it twice since Once is not enough with their machines and the person wanted to be spiteful and make it well done or like burnt

This place was hands down the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to the kids working would not make coffee as requested and then gave us the finger and made racial remarks towards me and my children, this dunkin should be sued for the treatment I received and I will be filing complaints with corporate as well those kids on 8pm shift on 5/31/25 all need to be fired and delt with, they are lucky I’m more mature then I used to be, or I would of taught the lesson, my self .. I know they would of spit in our food and probably where getting high on there shift STAY AWAY

Best to order ahead for pick or go through drive thru. One man inside at 8:30 AM, older man making up express orders and taking care of the front. No help from the other 5-6 employees taking care of drive thru, most just standing around and not even recognizing we were standing there. Joe was great, stopped making there precious money making express order and got my order quickly.

Had to wait over 10 minutes before someone actually helped at front customer….line was growing past 4 by then….employee argues over what I ordered. I am pretty sure I know what I asked for. Then when I asked for to fix the order the employee argued more and still made order wrong….. just asked for refund and had manager even argue about that. Was called hostile for asking for refund…..never had a Dunkin’ Donuts which such poor attitudes and service. In fact in I never had any issue with Dunkin’s location before until came here…such bad service.

Woman stared at us but refused to take our orders and then when food arrived, everything was wrong. We walked back up to get it fixed and she ignored us again.
