Never had any problems with this location. Yummy, high-quality food and drinks and nice staff. The drive-thru is quick and efficient, and there are plenty of options to choose from.
Everytime I visit this place it always takes forever which I'm not sure why cause my food always likes like it was slapped together. Im starting to go without instead of eating at that place

my coffee was messed up when i repeated it 3 times for the lady. i was planning on tipping them and she didn’t even give me my change back to tell her “keep the change” like if i wasn’t already planning on tipping u we’re just not gonna give me my change back? and they forgot one of the coffees and we were waiting and she opened the window with a rude comment.

Dunkin Donuts in Saratoga Springs is a decent spot to grab a quick coffee and donut, but it doesn't particularly stand out. The location is convenient, being right on Broadway in the heart of downtown. The staff is friendly enough, but service can be a bit slow at peak times. The donuts are fresh and tasty, but the selection is pretty standard - nothing unique or creative. The coffee is decent quality, but nothing special. Overall, it's a reliable Dunkin Donuts location that gets the job done, but doesn't provide any memorable or exceptional experiences. It's a solid 3 out of 5 stars for me.

This is the worst Dunkin I ever been to. I ordered through DoorDash for pick up I went through the drive thru with my threee kids they said I had to go in to get it so now I’m stuck in line and they wouldn’t hand me my food. After everything go inside for my order to just be wrong and instead of replacing it they just slapped what was missing on a bagel that wasn’t even mine the customer service is terrible

I was told they don’t make Caramel coffee anymore then I went to another Dunkin and they still did laziness pure laziness. Do better. Just because an employee was lazy? Yikes.
This Dunkin’ is right around the corner from my house and without fail, my drink is made incorrectly 9/10 times I stop. I’ve had wildly different ingredients listed on the receipt vs what I ordered to my iced drinks handed to me with the cup half empty already. It really sucks because I like Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and food but this location has been one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to.

You should probably fire the one employee who is always in drive thru around 330-4. She is the most RUDE, unfriendly person I’ve ever talked to there. all the others are great ! I’ve had her multiple times in the drive thru (at least a dozen) and really just fed up with her nasty attitude. If you get rid of her, the place would be spot on !
