While in line employee called a customer over who had just walked in and handed him what she called his usual then he asked for 2 donuts and she gave them to him. He asked her how much it was and said said usually around 12.00 so he handed her money and she took the money then proceeded to walk to the back. Not once did I see her go to the register. After 10 minutes of waiting for my drink I asked about it and was going to talk to manager about other girl when 1 employee started yelling at me for asking questions and then talking about me negatively. They continued to talk about an online date they went on instead of talking to me.

I DoorDashed a caramel craze coffee and I got a cup of milk, when I called the store I spoke with Lauren the store manager, and she was super apologetic and asked if I was comfortable with her making a new one for me and bringing it to my house. She got here just 10 minutes after our phone call with the right coffee and a few donuts. She was very kind and apologetic. thanks, Lauren.

Everytime I visit this place it always takes forever which I'm not sure why cause my food always likes like it was slapped together. Im starting to go without instead of eating at that place

my coffee was messed up when i repeated it 3 times for the lady. i was planning on tipping them and she didn’t even give me my change back to tell her “keep the change” like if i wasn’t already planning on tipping u we’re just not gonna give me my change back? and they forgot one of the coffees and we were waiting and she opened the window with a rude comment.

Dunkin Donuts in Saratoga Springs is a decent spot to grab a quick coffee and donut, but it doesn't particularly stand out. The location is convenient, being right on Broadway in the heart of downtown. The staff is friendly enough, but service can be a bit slow at peak times. The donuts are fresh and tasty, but the selection is pretty standard - nothing unique or creative. The coffee is decent quality, but nothing special. Overall, it's a reliable Dunkin Donuts location that gets the job done, but doesn't provide any memorable or exceptional experiences. It's a solid 3 out of 5 stars for me.

This is the worst Dunkin I ever been to. I ordered through DoorDash for pick up I went through the drive thru with my threee kids they said I had to go in to get it so now I’m stuck in line and they wouldn’t hand me my food. After everything go inside for my order to just be wrong and instead of replacing it they just slapped what was missing on a bagel that wasn’t even mine the customer service is terrible
