The crew were so nice but honestly, I think it was the shift manager, I’m not sure, they made my night. I didn’t catch their name though. They were so enthusiastic and happy. I really needed it more than I thought, I immediately went from feeling pretty mid to super happy. The food was great but it’s five guys, it’s usually pretty good. But yeah def will come back that was such a cool experience.

I walked in Thursday. Get something to eat soon as I walk through the door. Man had a smile on his face. I do not know his name welcomed me. Hi how are you doing? Took my order. Had my food out said the goodbye to me. I am very happy you don't get that kind of customer service anymore. Whoever's running things there. Keep up the good work

Boyfriend and I stopped here. To start things off his burger had cheese which was wrong. So we get that fixed. Then I bite into my burger and first thought it was ehh okay….Tiny bit pink, but his was already wrong and I didn’t want to complain again. So I took another bite and it was more pink than the last. I took a third bite and it was so pink I spit my food into a napkin. At this point I brought it to the manager on duty and he gave me a gift card to make up for the burgers “not being up to par” his words. When I got back to my seat & I took this picture. This was way past not up to par. IMO
