Boyfriend and I stopped here. To start things off his burger had cheese which was wrong. So we get that fixed. Then I bite into my burger and first thought it was ehh okay….Tiny bit pink, but his was already wrong and I didn’t want to complain again. So I took another bite and it was more pink than the last. I took a third bite and it was so pink I spit my food into a napkin. At this point I brought it to the manager on duty and he gave me a gift card to make up for the burgers “not being up to par” his words. When I got back to my seat & I took this picture. This was way past not up to par. IMO

Burgers served pink. I was refunded the cost of the burgers but not even a “sorry” or any acknowledgement by the manager. He acted like I was disturbing his break. 5 Guys used to be great but the last several visits over the past few months have been disappointing. Too many other good choices out there to put up with poor food and service.
