We were there 4/11/24 for dinner. The Pasta dish was EXTREMELY SALTY!! It was “The Pasta Penne with Vodka Sauce” , unable to eat it so took it home, My Dad also said it is way too Salty!!! Cocktails were amazing and service staff were awesome.A little Expensive for just pasta!

Wow! Great ambiance and super friendly staff. Forno is a great spot to share some amazing apps while enjoying a glass of your favorite adult beverage. The menu is extensive with a fun interpretation of classic Italian dishes. Definitely a spot worth checking out.

I have to say, this is an amazing place. As a fine dining Executive Chef, I'm so picky whenever I eat at any restaurant. Unfortunately we live in an age that many people don't care what quality they offer within their restaurant. Not this place! Everything was top notch, the service was great from the second we walked in, to when we were leaving. Our wonderful very attentive waitress Nollah really did well with being attentive, because she was very busy. She took time to introduce herself and to speak with us and to follow up to make sure we were doing well and enjoying ourselves. She's a waitress that every restaurant hopes for.We started out with the meatball appetizer, and that was a hit. Made of pork, veal and beef and it was cooked to perfection. You are able to taste that those meatballs were made from scratch and have never seen a freezer! We had the eggplant and spicy sausage rigatoni and it was great. Whomever is the chef should get a raise for truly showing he cares with how every dish came out of that kitchen!The hostess was also very attentive, this indeed was a great experience from beginning to end. Hats off to the owners, to management, to the staff for showing they care for this business of culinary with not only the amazing service, or amazing ambiance, but for the food being made with such love and an eye for perfection.So if you are in Saratoga, and want an amazing experience, in the mood for great Italian food, this place is a must try. You will not regret it!
A great overall experience. It was super busy, but the wait staff was very attentive. My husband wasn't a fan of the strip steak texture, but it was cooked perfectly to temp. I loved my chicken dish. The portions are generous, and I had enough for a second meal. The noise level was more than what we like to dine in. It's a nice place to try.

Sooo much fun!!! Outstanding appetizers and dinner! I never realized how delicious Arancini actually was because it tasted nothing that I had ever had in the past! The appetizers Gamberi E Carciofi and Crab Cakes were outstanding! The calamari lovers said it was the best ever. Main entrees, such as Osso Buco, Eggplant Parmesan, Scallops with Shrimp, as well as their pizza were just perfect! Our group consisted of seven adults and two children. The waiters were friendly, efficient and extremely accommodating.Kid-friendliness: There were two children in our group, ages 6 and 8 and were offered a very good children’s menu. The boys chose a pizza and pasta with Parmesan sprinkles. The staff were very friendly to the children. Be sure to bring something to keep the kids occupied while waiting for dinner. A charged up cell phone with games works wonders.

we are recurring customers both for dining in and taking out from Forno bistro. The Staff and management of this fixture in downtown Saratoga maintain the highest level of quality - this is not left unnoticed! We have had a variety of foods on their menu and have yet to find one that disappoints. A special a few weeks ago (a ragu pasta) was out of this world. We hope that it becomes a staple part of their future menu. During track season it's hard to get in but we 'locals' know that once that ends we have our treasured place to return to.
We had a wonderful dinner date. We both were raving about it the next day delighted we had left overs from our tasty entrees. Michael our server made the evening extra special. Michael is professional, respectful, smart and charming. He was attentive to our needs yet tempered so we felt taken care of but not overwhelmed. This was a really memorable experience. The only feedback is the lights were quite bright in the dinning area where kitchen is and my date said it was somewhat blinding. Maybe different bulbs. Other than that We loved it and we will be back! Thank you! Melissa???♥️

Excellent establishment, consistent and great food, table staff and front desk were very accommodating. My only comment (meant to be constructive) is that the noise level inside can such that you have to raise your voice to speak with someone across the table.

It's a very warm, welcoming and charming restaurant. Our server was outstanding at every level. I had the "steak of the day" which was prime rib. It was cooked to perfection, however, it contained more gristle/fat than I expected for $55.00. The garlic roasted potatoes and string bean sides were awesome. My date had fried eggplant which she advised was very good. Overall, a nice dining experience.

Went on Valentine’s Day and received exceptional and fast service, the food was just as amazing! Great atmosphere! Will definitely be returning.
The service from the wait staff & hostess was excellent, the food was very good & the relaxing atmosphere was great. The only negative was the tables were too close together - we were at a table for 2 in the center & there was a table of 2 next to us with an inch of separation between the two tables. We had to consciously work at trying not to notice how close the couple next to us was.
