This is our favourite restaurant in Saratoga, and possibly anywhere. The food is always excellent and the service is fantastic. The last two or three times we’ve been in, we’ve had Liam as our waiter and he is absolutely fantastic. He’s personable, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Hamlet & Ghost is hands down one of the best spots in Saratoga Springs. The cocktails are next-level—creative, balanced, and beautifully presented. You can tell the bartenders are true pros.

I went at 7pm, got a seat at the bar. Ordered one veggie and a burger. My burger took 45 minutes to be sent out - another patron at the bar ordered after me, received and finished it before I got mine. When my burger was delivered - my empty veggie plate was set aside - and left for another 10 minutes.
