This company used to be a great until it was sold. My experience since then has been pretty awful. I rarely leave any reviews unless it's to promote a business, especially a local one. I did think it was important to let the community know my dealings with Harvest2home. I have been charged approximately $200 for deliveries that did not take place. I have made numerous attempts to get refunded and the emails go unanswered or I receive an email stating the issue is being worked on. At long last I was told the funds were in the companies "digital wallet". That means the money was not refunded, but I can use the funds to buy more meals from them. To top it off, $20 was put in the wallet instead of the $77 that was owed at that time. When I requested all the refunded money owed be returned to my card, the response was repeatedly, we are working on it. Over a month, and still no refund.
Once I requested the funds be placed back on my card, the company requested to pick up 3 delivery bags that were left at my home during delivery. I have only one bag. So the clincher is that they are going to take the cost of the 3 bags off my refund, even though I only possess one of them. I guess that's one way to get the cost of the refund down. Buyer beware.

I just joined Harvest2Homes after going to their home base on Caroline street in Saratoga springs this past summer. Due to them switching over to at home meals until the spring I thought this was the best option! I love to throw vegetarian options into my diet often and this is just the way! I can still get organic chicken added to my salads and entrees which is a great touch! Everything is so good and last a couple meals so I can bring to work for lunch and have for dinner also! Did I mention is comes in pyrex too! 10/10 would recommend.

High quality locally sourced meals delivered to my home by their vehicles not a third party. Your meals come in no waste pyrex containers that you can reheat in a jiffy. A weekly text will remind you to rinse and put outside your door while confirming your next delivery. So easy and sure beats going to the market and trying to figure out what to cook for my family. Looking forward to this service when winter hits! Favorite meals are: the Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese, the Sunflower Butter Burger with turmeric/lemon remoulade, Vegan Enchiladas and the gf Truffle Risotto.Gluten free, plant based vegan and allergen free...protein options available as wellSupport a local business!!

Everything I’ve ever tasted from Whole Harvest Company has been delicious! The folks at this little eatery really put their all into offering awesome, fresh food for their customers. I love that ingredients are sourced from local farms, and that it’s located in such a convenient spot downtown! Can’t wait for my next meal from here
