I was honestly shocked at how awesome my experience was yesterday. I’ve been to some of the franchise before where it was decent but nothing to write home about. Wilton jersey mikes hits different. The team were all super cool, friendly, and made me one monster of a sub exactly how I wanted it. 100% think it’s the best jersey mikes I’ve been to in the country. I’m excited to head back (probably tomorrow). Thank you wilton JM. ??

My partner and I have been here multiple times an this isn’t are first experience like this.my partner has a gluten allergy and we both tell the server directly so there is no miscommunication on today’s experience we had requested a gluten bread option and they had completely ignored that information an gave my partner regular bread after the tag was marked gluten free and my partner had a reaction almost immediately. They did replace the sandwich but under no circumstance should there have been a mix up this isn’t are first time being at this location an we are both absolutely appalled by today’s situation.

I asked for a giant gluten free and was handed a regular regardless of them remaking it I have a gluten allergy this is something this staff has done as the first time either. I have refrained from a review but feel like they are too lax on allergies!

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's, and let's just say I'll 100% be coming back. I'm seeing negative reviews about the quantity of topping choices, but in my opinion, it's quality over quantity, and this was hands down the best sub I've ever consumed. The red pepper relish changed my life, I'll never be able to forget the blissful burst of flavors my taste buds experienced today. This was also the first time I've had vinegar on a sub, and I was not disappointed remotely, absolutely delectable. The staff is very friendly, the prices are honestly fairly reasonable for the quality of food they're producing. My overall experience at this establishment is a 12/10.
Great new location and subs were wonderful. An outdoor space would've made it better.

We stopped in at 3:00Pm, I assume it was time for a shift change. There were more employees coming and going than there were customers. Still, there was a steady stream of folks coming in. Mostly Seniors, like myself. We were greeted immediately. Two crew members made our order, and could not have been more attentive and pleasant! We had the giant classic cheese steak. It took less than 5 minutes to cook the dish to order. It was excellent. The foot long roll was crusty on the outside and soft and just a bit chewy on the inside. Lots of delicious hot beef, and melted american cheese. The onions and peppers were cooked but not mushy. Maybe the best Philly style cheesesteak that I have had in years. We will definitely return. - Oh, by way of negatives: the place was a little cold.

We love Jersey Mike's but this location struggles! We order online frequently and like 75% of the time they forget something. This last time they forgot the bacon and avocado that we paid extra for. Very disappointing.
