I had been to Kaleidoscope Cafe once before and this is a truly great place for homemade comfort food: BBQ ribs, brisket, ice creams of all flavors, including freeze-dried, potato salad, macaroni and cheese, and baked beans with brown sugar.
You will not find better food like this locally anywhere else. It's a truly great place run by Bruce who has a passion for everything he does especially his cuisine.
You simply can't go wrong here! I will be back!!

I swear every word I’m saying is the truth, the brisket was rock hard, barely warm, DRY. The ribs were cold, did not fall of the bone at all, and both were flavorless and old. Embarrassingly awful. Not a car in the parking lot, the atmosphere was sad. This is at lunchtime! All the warning signs were there and I didn’t listen to myself lol. The young kid working the counter was very friendly, I don’t fault them at all. The owners need to be present and have some passion in what they do. This was awful man, the reviews were probably all by friends, idk how you guys have 4.8/5. I paid $60 for this because I didn’t have the heart to let the kid know how bad it was, and it was not their fault. I am not joking when I say this is worst food I’ve had in 5 years.

I've been here a few times with my husband and the food and service is just as good each time. The owner is super friendly and great company, his homemade pulled pork, brisket, and chicken is on point. If you like sauce he has a few to pair with each and has all the right sides. A little gem I highly recommend!

These are the best pork ribs I have had outside of Texas, and then some. The brisket is also awesome and the sauces are incredible. Homemade Mac and Cheese tastes like mama makes. Then, there is all the homemade ice cream. Adorable place, owners are engaging and this is a unique place for lunch you will NOT want to miss!

One of Saratoga’s best kept secrets! Unbelievably good ice cream and Italian ice! We had the honey lavender ice cream, peanut butter immersion ice cream and strawberry lemonade ice today and they were all amazing. The owner clearly cares about every item on the menu - locally sourced, natural ingredients (no artificial coloring, flavors, etc), unique flavors, everything made in house. Highly recommend to any ice cream lovers in the area!

100 percent the best BBQ by far. Their brisket is the best I ever had and their ribs ARE AMAZING!!! The owner is probably one of the most humble sweetest humans we ever met . Always talks to us when we come in and always remembers our family. I highly recommend the brisket with the Smokey sauce. Macaroni salad and the peanut butter infused ice cream!
