They do not even deserve this. My husband works in Saratoga...we live in Catskill Ny a good 1 to 1 1/2 away. So .....my husband goes let's order KFC for dinner. Mind you we have 3 teenagers a 6 year old plus us. We ordered theb12 piece chicken with the works along with extra sides Mashed potatoes gravy and mac and cheese with a 4 tenders. Needless to say he got home after asking the man is this everything man says yes man your good. Get home open the bag we have our 12 piece chicken bucket nothing else. We got our extra side of mash and Mac but no tenders lol and not one item from what should have came with the 12 piece family deal not even the biscuits. I was beyond myself so I call up ask to speak to the manager. She had the nerve to tell me I was over reacting and that I could come back and get the rest of my order lol. I told her did you not here we live in Catskill Ny ......so ai asked for a full refund of my entire order she says no. I called the customer service number and still waiting on a response. This is ridiculous 80 bucks for nothing..... her customer service skills are terrible and she does not deserve the title as a manager. No people skills no customer service skills and lack of trying to fix a problem with a customer.

Order was wrong, I ordered tenders and got thighs instead. Went to the drive through and they gave me my Mac n cheese side with no fork. Am I supposed to eat it with my hands? Asked for BBQ sauce and they charged me 50 cents for 1 tiny little cup. No wonder these guys are disappearing. Just go to Chick fil a or Popeyes instead.

Well to start was not given my receipt, was charged for my order and the person behind me. Got home ordered extra crispy was original recipe, potatos were like soup and I have seen water flow slower then the "gravy's. I called the establishment to be told because I didn't receive my receipt there was nothing they could do, after getting the run around for a week, I then called the cooperate office to get no help from them either. In short I spent 70 dollars that would have brought me better feelings had I burned it for the warmth. I would not recommend patronizing this corporation.

The manager was very rude my french fries was burnt i went threw driveup and i got out my car cause my french fries was hard and cold ….. the manger stated it was up to KfC standards im sure they would be disappointed to see the french fries he stated was to their standards…… he was so ride i told him i wanted my money back cause in all honesty it all tasted as if it was cooked in dirty oil !!!!!! He continued to argue with me and give me a hard time stating he would give me my money back for the french fries but i purchased a meal so i was confused as to how i would just be reimbursed for fries ….. its sad the world we live in how nasty people are to the person paying to keep their job in business. And not to mention its the mangers job to keep up with changing oil in fryers its a shame how nasty these places are and the filth that works in them not to mention you can bearly hear on speaker to even know if your order is being taken correctly just sad i wont be returning

They don't allow mobile ordering what's the point of the app, than the nasty lady Brooke i think she's the manager asked her to not give a wing in the 6pc bucket she refused said it's the promotion you get what you get, than upcharged to swap out the sides a buck each apparently, and I know it's fried chicken but it's swimming in oil! Horrible person and service don't recommend going here the quality is just disgusting!

Can't believe the food was disappointing. I love KFC. The special 2 piece for $5. was soo dry overcooked. Our cousin went here a week ago, the same results, dry chicken!

I always went to the KFC in Queensbury but yesterday, October 28, I was disappointed by the girl called MANDY who attacked us in a rude manner. After we had paid for 2 chicken orders with French fries and 2 salads, they didn't give us the fries. We went to complain and the girl took the bill from us and threw it on the table. She rudely took a salad from us and started insulting us. If the manager is seeing this, please, I recommend that he send that girl to study customer service. Because it's really a shame that I'm a KFC food lover and I have to stop eating there because of the bad service. I wonder if that girl MANDY is the owner of the restaurant ? to behave that way with customers. Please, the people in charge of that restaurant should send that girl to study because with that girl there, it is embarrassing.

Pulled into the parking lot, was about to place my order through the APP to be picked up inside until I saw a guy walk up to the door which was locked, no notice on the door indicating that the lobby was closed, apparently, only drive thru was open in which was very long, I canceled my order and went somewhere else.

I used to eat here a lot and the food well isn't the best, is still pretty good in my opinion. Now the problems I noticed lately and why don't go there that much anymore, is because either the lobby is closed or when they are open they slow to come over to take your order, which is a pain especially when you don't drive and have to get back to work.

Don’t waste your time or money. Sat by the speaker for 10 minutes said “hello?” Nothing. Last time the food was wrong & cold the last time as well. Avoid.

It seems they're ALWAYS closed even though it's before the hours they post. Every time I get a delivery order they're closed. So just be warned if you decide to go after 7pm chances are they're CLOSED
