I used to eat here a lot and the food well isn't the best, is still pretty good in my opinion. Now the problems I noticed lately and why don't go there that much anymore, is because either the lobby is closed or when they are open they slow to come over to take your order, which is a pain especially when you don't drive and have to get back to work.
I had an amazing experience here from these staff! They were exceedingly kind and generous. I left a personal item that was rather important to me during my stop here. Since I was on a road trip I was too far to retrieve it by the time I realized. They were great with getting it back to me safe and sound. Very amazing staff!

Always a great time at KFC. Sarah H was very pleasant at the window and on the speaker. I received everything I asked for. Most of the food was delicious, but I noticed the tenders looking a tad thin nowadays. There was more batter than chicken on these tenders. What a shame. For the price I paid, it really wasn't worth it. Luckily there are many places to eat on this stretch of NY State Route 50. ??
