Great staff! I had a chance to walk around inside. Glad to check it out!
Toasted coconut flavor ice cream is something we picked up another kilwins. This particular store’s toasted coconut seemed just a bit off. Possibly as it was being scooped off the bottom.
Love the ice cream! 🍦 a little pricey but worth it to try it!
Cute place and great staff!! They actually went out of their way to make me an Iced latte :)
Good place to get ice cream. We especially like the toasted coconut. The chocolate toasted coconut is also nice.
This was my last stop before returning home. I wanted to grab a treat to end my day while visiting this beautiful city for the 1st time. This shop is located in the downtown area on Broadway. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating plus a variety of treats. I decided to grab some ice and went with the butter pecan praline which was delicious. I only did one scoop and it was good enough due to the scoops are big. Staff was friendly I got the waffle cone with one scoop no extra toppings and it came up to be $9.
good ice cream and service
Great place for families and all that have a sweet tooth. Does not just sell ice cream, but also has delicious chocolates and sweets to take home.
Very delicious dessert items. They were able to give us a taste test before we chose what we wanted. Very delicious. The staff for super respectful. Highly recommended.
The icecream was okay

I came in for one scoop… and left questioning all my life decisions.
This place is dangerously delicious. The chocolate? Illegal levels of happiness. The ice cream? So good I think it whispered sweet nothings to me. I blacked out halfway through a waffle cone and woke up hugging a tub of fudge. 10/10 would emotionally attach myself to dessert again.
Price concern post: Purchased small 5oz box of NO sugar added chocolate pecans for $17.99 - only to find just 6 bite size candies inside :( that’s $3.00 each WOW that’s a lot money…VERY tasty treat, but very costly !!!
very good chocolate but VERY expensive

Total disappointment. I bought three boxes of Family Assorted Mix (9 oz). Price about $34 per box (total $100+). I thought this was a little pricey, but I have had great chocolate from Kilwins in the past. I gave two boxes away as Christmas gifts and kept one for myself. I tried mine yesterday and was shocked at the poor quality. The chocolate had a funny waxy consistency with no flavor. My husband and I sampled from multiple pieces in the box and ended up throwing the rest in the garbage (yes, you read that right… I threw chocolate in the garbage!). Honestly, I could have purchased better quality chocolate (for a lot less) at the grocery store. Now I am actually embarrassed that I gave these as gifts to two good friends. My recommendation: Stay away from the boxed Christmas chocolates at Kilwins. Spend your money at Market 32 or Hannaford.

Very good place to get candy, ice cream, fudge, and much more. A great selection of all of those things. Ice cream selection always has some great seasonal and limited edition flavors. Staff is amazing. I highly recommend their malts!
