The two Doom Cups I just bought tasted like water, which has been typical lately. The service is always slow as well - I’d suggest reimagining your counter and checkout space (one line for drip coffee, one line for everything else, adding a second register, etc.).
Employees also need to work with more energy, urgency, and purpose - especially if you’re going to solicit tips for every order when the customer ends up doing 99% of the work (customer adds cream, stirs coffee, adds cup sleeve, adds lid, etc.).

Hadn’t come here in a few years due to it being pretty far from where I live. Decided to make the trip and it was closed in the middle of the day for a staff meeting. You can’t close randomly in the middle of the day without any updates on social media when people may travel a distance to come here.

Tragic rating, since the coffee is great, but if we've driven out multiple times to have the place closed early, you get 1 star.
Instagram says 4pm, Google says 3pm, and they closed at 2pm. Updating your hours is a basic business practice.
Got an iced mocha. It was alright.

Solid latte. Good WiFi. Nice space.
I've been here multiple times over the course of 2 or so years visiting from out of town. This place consistently has terrific coffee! The cappuccino is buttery smooth and tastes amazing, love it every time!

My friend and I decided to make a trip up to Saratoga Springs this week since I’m visiting from out of state. We looked around and decided on Kru to grab coffee. The experience was a 10/10. The baristas were so helpful on recommendations and the food was incredible! We got the Smokey & The Biscuit and a banana muffin top/scone. Both were delicious. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the latte, but I consider myself very picky when it comes to coffee. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

Fantastic coffee, that tastes great and is a joy to drink!!! Had a cappuccino - which rocked, and on a different visit (same day) had an iced americano which is the best iced americano I’ve ever had, ever.
Friendly staff, coffee came out quick. Place seems to get busy around 11-12 on Saturday with folks ordering food.
A coffee shop should have awesome coffee, and Kru doesn’t disappoint - it is awesome coffee

Surprisingly wonderful place. To go, got a latte, tea, and chocolate croissants
The tea was WONDERFUL! It was steeped perfectly. I never get that in a coffee place in the US. And the croissants were some of the best I ever had - so flakey and buttery and amazing!!!
