You walk in the front door and are presented with a piece of plastic in the second doorway that prevents you from entering the restaurant, greeted with a sign that says to “ring bell for service” for then which you wait for someone to feel like getting up to take your order. When they finally come, take your order, charge an OUTRAGEOUS amount for your food ($6 undisclosed up charge for vegetable lo mien! Unheard of) they are less than pleasant with you..I spent $60 for lousy service and (3) sweet and sour chicken combos and the best part about the food was the red sauce. I will not be back and I, for sure, will not be recommending this place to anyone.Disappointed.

The food was exelent, and the women behind the counter gave me a coke free of charge. It is takeout only and is a little disheveled but very homey and tasty.

Me and my family have been going here for years the food is always fresh hot and absolutely delicious ? it is honestly the only Chinese place that we go and also the people are so nice the lady that runs the place is a sweetheart and it's all family owned give it a try you won't be disappointedWheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp.

I ordered food online for delivery, so I can't say anything about the in-person experience.Got beef fried rice & general tso chicken w/burbon sauce. Was absolutely delicious.The second time I ordered, there was a bit of a soapy taste to the food? It still tasted good enough that I finished it and ordered a third time, so can't complain.

My go to for Chinese even after moving to Clifton Park. Family owned and they are dedicated to their business always providing the best food. Whenever I order for the family they give us free donuts too! So good! I highly recommend the chicken & broccoli, kungpao chicken, crab rangoons & steamed dumplings!

1st time here..but certainly not the last..had the pork lo mein..very good..not drenched in soy sauce which ruins it in my opinion..the egg roll was big ,tasty, and not greasy.. the egg foo young was also very good with the brown sauce I like..the takeout service was great..portions generous and prices reasonable..Amy was most gracious with my order..they are not doing dining inside at the moment so I can't comment on the atmosphere..but I had a very good experience with the take out..

The best Chinese food in town! We get their food every couple of months and it’s the only place we go to! Their food is high quality yet delicious! We call it elevated Chinese! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
Awesome place to get some food. Owners are very kind and attentive. Clean restaurant. Huge portions, very tasty, hot food. We've tried other places in the area, but this is our go-to spot. They accommodate as well, if you do not want something specific. Prices might be higher to some, but the quality and portion are worth it.

AMAZING. THE FOOD IS SUPERB AND SO DELICIOUS. I get the beef lomein no veggies extra sauce and the shrimp egg rolls .. also tried the steamed dumplings and loved those, as well as the hot oil wontons. I prefer the dumplings, and asked if they could do dumplings in hot oil sauce, and they accommodated! 10/10. Fresh homemade food, and while prices are a little higher, the quality is higher so you're def getting what you paid for. New favorite Saratoga Chinese spot!

Loved going here every week but since the pandemic they have only done pickup and delivery they could have opened up the dine in like 6 months ago but haven't apparently they're doing well without it and most likely less overhead we've done pickup but it's not the same guess we'll have to look for another spot it will be hard but it's not the same as eat in and the friendly chats
