It was very unpleasant going to max London! We walked in 1:15 pm to have a lunch. First of all, they had plenty of tables and they asked us to wait to clean the free tables for 10 minutes and it took 20 minutes. 10:35 we sat and someone came told they are our server and gonna bring us tab water, they were chatting with the other server for 5 minutes but didn’t bother to bring us anything. When she came and brought the water, the glasses smelled like egg so strongly it was obvious of mixing them with their brunch eggs while washing, we asked from another server to bring us other glasses, never happened! This is 2 pm and no one even asked us what we wanna eat! So we were sitting in the table for 25 minutes and no one never took our orders. In this point we were disappointed enough and we walked out without ordering -I’m not sure if they wanted to ever get our orders or not though- If you are deciding to go here except a very low quality service and no management almost since there wasn’t any restaurant managers around and servers just didn’t like to serve us for whatever reason they sounded unhappy. So I do not recommend going here at all. Go to Rhea, Seneca or million other places in the same street to do not walk out hungry like us.

Very tasty food, and a prompt kitchen, but I found spaghetti noodles mixed in with my gluten free pasta order. For someone with Celiacs, this can ruin an entire weekend. It's always a risk eating out, but for the price I expect more allergen conscientiousness.

Sat at the bar. Fantastic food! Highly recommend the house salad and the cavitelli. Cozy atmosphere and a great place to just grab a drink as well. The espresso martini was top notch! Will definitely be returning!

Had eggs and toast. Boyfriend had Salmon and really liked it.
We stopped by on a whim for lunch yesterday, and it was a great experience! The food was excellent, and the drinks were too. We really enjoyed our meal. Even though they were fairly busy, both the food and drinks came out quickly. I would definitely recommend giving this place a shot if you're in the area!

Restaurants come and go, but Max London’s is always there with good food and good drinks. Big menu selection and not overly expensive. Excellent staff—real pros. One of the few good places that is still open 7 days a week. You can’t go wrong here. Recommended.

Very disappointed in our dinner out on New Year’s Eve with friends service was not good at all. Food was very mediocre. One of us had pizza which was very soggy and undercooked. One of us had a salad with salmon, and the salmon was very dry, the muscles were over spiced with heat which made it difficult to eat. The lobster ravioli while tasty was a very small portion for the price When we tried to ask for things like bread, grated cheese a dish for the pizza etc, which weren’t even offered, it was very difficult to get the waiter , when he did come to the table it was so abrupt he didn’t even hear us when we wanted to ask for things.
