This location is dirty especially the kitchen. It was filthy. Food workers not hygenic. Bathrooms very dirty. Unacceptable for a restaurant! The workers were talking way too much and over the top of the food! All food workers should be wearing face masks and hair nets!

Waited 25 minutes for food. When asked about the order it had been cleared from their screens and had to tell them exactly what was ordered. All the food was sitting on the warmer and drinks still yet to be made.

True story. I don't eat McDonald's food. But....the other evening I didn't feel like cooking and my husband suggested McDonald's. Of course I laughed and he said, I'm serious. He doesn't even eat red meat. So we ordered. Both of us had the same. Double cheeseburger and fries... Omg! Absolutely delicious. Yes, I'm serious. Now I want it again! I didn't check service or atmosphere because we had it delivered.

Would not allow me to order through drive thru because I didn't have a car. The lobby was closed but the restaurant was still open. The lady at the window wouldn't even acknowledge me. Not so equitable. Now I have to order through Uber eats, wait an insane amount of time, even though I can see the mcdonald's from where I'm staying. Guaranteed to be cold and old and inedible when it finally gets here, 1 hour after I ordered. The drive thru isn't even busy BTW

Slowest franchise I’ve ever experienced. 35 minute wait! You could see the manager and half the staff shooting the breeze in the back office.

This McDonald’s delivered the single worst dining experience I have ever encountered at any establishment. After placing my order at the self-service kiosks, I was forced to wait an outrageous 45 minutes for what could hardly even be described as food: undercooked, sloppily wrapped “sandwiches” that were inexplicably drenched in some unidentifiable sauce.

The staff operated with the urgency of a dying battery—slow, disengaged, and barely communicative, offering nothing more than inaudible grumbles. It was as if customer service, efficiency, and even basic professionalism had been entirely abandoned.

I have visited countless McDonald’s locations across New York and New England, and not once have I experienced such incompetence. At every other location, my food has been prepared correctly and delivered within 10 minutes or less—even with larger, more complicated orders.

This restaurant is a disgrace to the McDonald’s name. The management should be utterly ashamed of allowing such an abysmal standard of service and quality to persist.

Ouch! They used to call it fast food. First I was taken aback by only one register and four touch screens. One didn't work and the others had a long line of people that were struggling to place their orders. Not ideal by any means. Next after finally getting my order in, I got to wait for twenty minutes for cold fries and an overcooked quarter pounder. After waiting a total of thirty minutes I had to eat while driving so I wouldn't miss my appointment. I went so I could fit lunch into a busy schedule. The only thing fast about it was my drive to my appointment so I wouldn't be late. I'm not in a hurry to go back believe me.
