Meh....post pandemic visit didn't leave me excited to return. The place was a bit of a mess and several of the "handles" were out of order or being worked on in the back.

I'm really upset with my visit to Menchie's this evening. the person working was really rude and not helpful whatsoever. we got there 10 minutes before it closed and the person treated us as if it was already closed. they clearly just wanted to go home and didn't care about our experience at all. Then when I went to pay my fro yo it fell flat on the ground and the person did not even flinch or offer me a chance to remake it. It was so disheartening. I left bawling my eyes out and definitely won't come back.

The flavors they had when I went were amazing but what I liked the most is that I went with my mom and my 3 year old and both of the girls working there started playing with my son, they were lovely! We enjoyed our froyos and my son enjoyed playing with them with the big connect-4 they have at the store.

This place is awesome!!! Best frito ever! I'm a nice cream junkie so I'm very biased to ice cream however this froyo is amazing! Flavors are fun and exciting! The toppings second is equally awesome! I'm hooked! Me and the kids have officially named Fridays "froyo Fridays" and this place is our new hangout!!!
