The service and the atmosphere was good but the food wasn't as good as I thought it would be compared to the other times I've visited. I got the cilantro lime rice at first but the one making my food then said its been there for a while and it was old/stale and asked if seasoned rice was okay to use and I said yeah that's okay but the seasoned rice tasted like it was not cooked all the way and tasted still somewhat hard/stale and the protein for both burritos tasted very dry

Went to Moe’s last night, I was very displeased with the atmosphere. -10!!! Had a line when we arrived maybe 4 people. Overheard that they didn’t have chicken right now, or peppers and onions, or queso. Yes I was bummed but it wasn’t the end of world. Or was it?? Forgot to mention this whole time we were there the older lady WORKING THERE was insane( screaming at the girl trying to make the food for customers) Yes I get it, they were low on the line and she was forgetting to tell that older lady to add stuff to the grill. But damn she wouldn’t let up!! Over and over again you could hear her yelling throughout the restaurant ( our whole time eating there) Absolutely ridiculous!! Moes I got a real question for you. Is this the type of person you want working for you???? Never should you ever speak to co workers that way! Matter of fact, I’m sorry I didn’t speak up for that girl!! Check the cameras and see for yourself Moes.. February 7th, 2025, around 710ish!!

I don’t know what happened to this place. No one says “welcome to moes” any more. Staff is miserable. Portions down. Missing ingredients. Empty salsas. Don’t ask you if it’s for here or to go. And then they expect a tip now on the digital screens. Used to love this place, now it’s $17 for a bowl and a drink and the service is horrible. And no one cleans the tables.

I truly never give bad reviews but this has to be said. Food could have been better staff could have been more friendlier. Word of advice if u see more the 3 separat ppl and have online orders call all hands to help.

This was one of the worst experiences that I've ever had at a restaurant. I paid $93 for my order and almost every single item was incorrect we were given no salsa. My child is allergic to guacamole and it was all over his burrito. I've attempted to call the restaurant several times and have been hung up on. If I could give no stars I would!
