Worst service. The server started vacuuming next to the customers at 5:20 PM (even though they close at 6 PM). When I asked him to warm up my croissant, he rolled his eyes. They turned off the fridge lights at 5:30 PM while customers were still inside. They were clearly in a hurry to close the place. I ordered a latte, and it was barely warm. The server’s attitude was uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The 60 dollar cake tasted great but never in my 50 years have I seen a cake so small. Not again.

I purchased baked goods for dessert right before Xmas. They were very stale. I did return the next day to speak with the mgr. They offered a refund. I think due to the very busy holiday time that the quality was way off. I did have the tomato soup, the next day, and it was delicious, but my mini quiche was cold. I'm hoping it was because it was very busy.

Parking: Busy time of year, hard to park.

Exquisite baked goods in every aspect. I wish I could say the same for the customer experience today. 😔

I normally love Mrs. Londons. Unfortunately my most recent visit was very disappointing. After ordering nearly $40 worth of pastries, we got home, opened the box of treats to realize most of our items didn't end up in the box. I've been in touch with Mrs Londons management via email and they told me that they're giving me a full refund. The promised refund never happened. We've had a few more email communications, where I was told the refund was issued, however I never received the refund.
$35.88 for a single fruit tart is ridiculous.

I hope the promised refund comes through.

Not good. We sat at one of the cleaner of the dirty tables. We did not enjoy the stale pastries or the cold coffee for over 20 dollars!

Pretty good baked goods/pastries but on the expensive side. Their cakes look delicious. They have sandwiches as well. I’d go back next time to try a coffee or hot chocolate as I hear they are really good. They have like 8 tables if you are looking to sit down.

I stop by here every time I’m in Saratoga springs! The almond croissant is the best washed down with some decaf coffee. Recently I tried their soup of the day- andouille sausage with veggies - it hit the spot!

I was visiting a neighboring town and googled the closest coffee shop and this popped up. Their latte was perfect- fair trade, strong, just the right amount of milk. Their marble cheesecake brownies are divine- the right amount of cheesecake on top and fudgey, gooey brownie underneath. Their almond croissant was flakey on the outside and delicate soft on the inside. Of the few things I’ve tried, If ever in town, I would venture back here again. The decor is super cute as well. I felt like I stepped back in time
