Never did I expect to find Canele's outside of France. When I saw them in the bakery case, I did a double take and began to geek out excessively. I think a lot of bakeries don't bother making them not only because of the ingredients but also because you have to acquire a special mold to make them and they're not readily available. They tasted great, not overly sweet, rich, and filled with that familiar orange zest flavor. It went perfectly with a cup of black currant tea. My first time trying that kind of tea, and it was really good. I was very pleased to be taking a break from walking/shopping and being transported to Europe for those moments. While I enjoyed myself, I did find that their prices were a little excessive, but then again, I think that was true for most of the shops/restaurants in the area. Would go back again though if I were ever to return to Saratoga.

Quaint little shop. Cozy. A variety of desserts. Very nice pastry. Reasonably priced.

We were told to check out this place and we were not disappointed. We got a couple items here including the pesto sandwich and egg salad sandwich. I LOVED my pesto chicken especially with the focaccia bread. We also ordered the cannoli dessert which was beautiful and delicious.

A super busy bakery and pastry shop on the main drag in Saratoga Springs, Broadway. This quaint cafe is adjacent to the related Max London's so if that restaurant is full you can get a quick snack at Mrs. London's.There are a number of sweet and savory options to choose from along with coffee, teas and other similar beverages. Although there was a line it moved quite quickly. There are a few tables within although they appear to be full most of the time during the day (although there is a lot of turnover so you shouldn't have to wait long to get a seat). Enjoy!

The bakery is small and did not have much room to sit on a crowded, cold winter morning. The bakes were alright, we chose a croissant, a canele, sweet raisin bun, almond croissant and a cookie as well as coffee. A little over-priced in my opinion for basic flavours.

Wonderful place, fresh breads, pastries, awesome tomato soup and great sandwhiches. Right on the main drag in Saratoga, where you can sit by the window and people watch while enjoying a treat from this award-winning bakery. Friendly staff at the huge counter.

Don't know what hit harder, the sugar or the price.I'm pretty familiar with bakeries, been around to quite a few, and normally I can buy a box of 5-7 things for a nice price and I'm able to polish everything off without feeling like I'm entering a sugar coma. That was not the case at Mrs. London's, this is a bakery that you need to limit yourself or suffer the consequences. I was short sighted in my eagerness to treat myself on my cheat day, but I still only grabbed 5 things after seeing those prices. $8.50 for most things, woof, and for just the five things my total came to a bit over $38, more than the cost of my actual dinner that night. But on top of that was what I would come to discover later, and that is these are some of the most decadent desserts I have put in my mouth in quite awhile. Their attempt counter the sweet with sour was not working either, as the two sides didn't cancel each other out, and instead just got into a slap fight with my tongue. The best pick I made was the Brittany, a sweetish pastry that was far lighter on the sugar with only a simple caramelized sugar exterior. The lemon meringue tart was also pretty yummy, but boy, was the crust of the tart ever brittle and sweet. Sadly that's about where my fun times ended, as the grand macaroon was the thing that turned my mouth into a boxing match, being far too sweet or far too sour. The rum raisin roll was suppose to have a custard filling, but all I found were the rum soaked raisins and only the tiniest of custard remnants in the middle. And then the Framboise, had a flavor I could only describe as melted raspberry sorbet, but far sweeter. As I lay down and do my best to relax my poor heart from feeling the aftereffects of my poor choices, I can't say that Mrs. London's was a bad choice. A couple of my picks were quite good, it was simply I was inexperienced about how decadent they do their stuff. So I think a 4 out of 5 will do nicely. Just don't make the same mistake I did, stick to just one thing here, it will be enough.

Everything looks magazine worthy but they offer only a small variety of baked goods.Cannoli was fantastic !!!Cupcakes mediocreAlmond Croissants good. I did eat mine the second day so perhaps it would have been excellent if I ate it day of purchase.Service was attentive and friendlyPricing was average for a scratch bakeryDecor and atmosphere needs a lot of help. They also offered coffee which we didn’t get. Not sure if they offered meals as well.I’ve definitely had worse and I have certainly had better. I wouldn’t go out of my way to return but if I found my self in the immediate area and looking for a sweet treat I definitely would return

They have the best cakes and pastries around. Their mocha is excellent.Although they don't have much seating, it's worth going there.

I went here because they claim they make fresh almond croissants. None of my friends or family liked them. They did not taste fresh. They were stale, and burnt/ overcooked, and way too much powdered sugar on top. I think they put a lot of powdered sugar on top to cover that they were burnt. I wish I had gone to Panera or dunkin rather than Mrs. London. I won't be going back ever!
