We were here last year for the Totally Turning- Woodturners event at the Sarasota Springs Hilton Hotel. Old Bryan’s Inn was recommended and it’s a short walk from the hotel. Once we ate there we returned for the next 3 days - it was so good! Now it’s this year and I requested that we only eat there - which we did for the past 3 days. Regrettably, tonite was our last meal as we must leave in the morning. The staff are so sweet and efficient. It’s always busy, but somehow meals are delivered promptly and what incredible meals they are! I consider myself a very good cook and I know when meals are inspired!
Everything is done to perfection. I can’t wait until next year. Thank you one and all.

Gorgeous historic building! I walked in to the warm and inviting smell of the wood burning fireplace and was immediately greeted and invited to grab a table in the bar area by the fire. So cozy! Corey was the bartender and was so attentive. I had a local bottled root beer, the French dip, and a coffee. Very yummy!! I travel for work and will definitely be returning.

While visiting Russell Sage College my son and his family took me to the Olde Bryan Inn in nearby Saratoga Springs, New York. The inn has its earliest roots dating back to 1773. The wonderfully rustic interior provides a great atmosphere for dining. I had the Open Faced Hot Turkey Sandwich. The meal was Thanksgiving dinner in a sandwich. I have never had anything like it before or since. It was excellent. The staff was friendly, and the server knew when to stop by and when not to. The whole dining experience was top-notch.

A True Saratoga Gem – History, Flavor, and Heart
If you're looking for the perfect blend of history, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere, the Old Bryan Inn is the place to be. As a longtime Saratoga local, I can confidently say this is where we go when we want a meal that never disappoints.
Housed in a beautifully preserved 18th-century stone building, the restaurant radiates warmth—from the rustic wooden beams to the crackling fireplaces that make any meal feel like a cozy retreat. The service is just as inviting as the setting, with friendly staff who make you feel like part of the family the moment you step inside.
Now, let’s talk about the food—because wow. The oven-baked haddock is an absolute must-try. Perfectly flaky, bathed in a lemon herb scampi sauce, and paired with wild rice and asparagus—it’s the kind of dish you dream about later. And if you’re a seafood lover, don’t pass up the garlic butter and white wine baby rock shrimp—a dish so rich and flavorful you’ll want to soak up every last drop with their fresh bread.
Dessert? Let’s just say you have to save room. The crème brûlée is velvety, perfectly caramelized, and worth every bite. But what makes it even better? The Old Bryan Inn has a heart. Their management supports community initiatives, including donating proceeds from certain desserts to help those experiencing homelessness. A meal here isn’t just delicious—it’s meaningful.
Saratoga has no shortage of great dining, but the Old Bryan Inn is in a class of its own. Whether you're visiting or a local like me, you can’t go wrong. Five stars, every time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I came in from Arizona and accidentally [pulled into the pub restaurant inn. I sat at the bar the fireplaces had a beautiful fire blazing , then in my opinion I was served by one of the most professional, empathetic extremely nice bartender. I didn't know what to get and then I saw the French onion soup not knowing how famous it was. I said how was it. He said you'll love it and then I asked him about a meal I should order and then I asked her what dessert the service. I can't begin to tell you what the service is. It was that good? I think the bartender's name was Chris. I'm not positive. Great guy. He ran the whole bar. No one waited. You don't want me drinking booze and I drank club soda. He kept it filled. He didn't even ask with ice. I can't begin to explain how good the atmosphere service and food was. Anyways, thank you Chris. Hope that's your name
