The best sushi around! Amazing food, great and polite staff, very clean and the food is always fresh. My wife and I go here all the time and have never had a bad experience. Love Osaka!

We're regulars here, food is excellent (we usually order several rolls, dumpling soup, shrimp shumai, and chicken ramen. The food is always fresh and excellent and the service can't be beat. We do both dine in and takeout with two toddlers and they don't miss a beat. Absolutely recommendKid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly and they always engage our kids and give them the little candies.

So - quite possibly one of the WORST restaurants I've ordered from in Saratoga. Their online ordering system is terrible and while I thought I ordered from the online for delivery - their shitty system doesn't send any type of confirmation on my order. I called to inquire about my order and the woman who answered said - yeah - your order had been sitting here for a long time. Jeez - so happy to spend $90 with you. The LAST time I will ever order from this crappy, STRIP mall excuse for a restaurant.

This place is a real gem tucked into an unassuming storefront in Wilton. My partner and I walked in for dinner around 7 on a weekday evening. The tempura was light and crisp, not at all greasy. The sushi and poke were simple, fresh, and well-composed. Highly recommend.

Osaka is our go to- by far the best sushi we’ve found in Saratoga (and we love our sushi and take it quite seriously ?). We eat here regularly (usually takeout) and they are always on point with our order. The food is delicious- from their rolls, to hibachi, to the recently added ramen. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Rare find in Upstate New York. The sashimi was so fresh and well prepared. The salmon was buttery and almost melted in my mouth. Their fatty tuna was equally delicious. While their sushi and sashimi are my favorite by far, their other dishes are equally wonderful. Everything I have eaten there is fresh and high quality, I recommend their coconut yellow curry, the vegetable version is my favorite, but the chicken one is delicious as well. Can't miss if you are in the mood for some delicious Asian food.
Had yellow curry. Vegetables were fresh and cooked properly but the sauce was not very exciting. No complexity, one note. Tasted good initially but quickly got boring.
Seriously the best place to get sushi in the area. Their service is quick and smooth, the food is beyond delicious and it’s only 3 minutes from my job. Their Crunchy Tiger Roll gets my highest recommendation, along with their gyoza.
Everything was good and the sushi was fantastic! If you are looking for a place away from downtown, then come here and you will leave happy!

I’ve eaten here twice in the past 3 years when over in Wilton. They do a very very good job delivering fresh & tasty Japanese & Asian food. Their sushi was super fresh the time I had that for lunch. This time we did Yakisoba & Thai ginger shrimp. Totally agreeable & plentiful for dinner portions. I’m just happy to have an option like this in Saratoga for Japanese food.
