Out of the 20 + places to eat on rt 50 (exit 15) we chose Panera. We walked in,not busy and waited almost 10 minutes at the counter . Easily 5-6 employees walked past us while waited to place our order. I finally asked if someone was going to take our order and the girl just looked at us with a blank stare and continued walking past..not even an acknowledgement of the customer. Obviously there is no emphasis on the value of their customers, but like I said there are plenty of other choices that do. NEVER AGAIN

The service was quick and the food was nice and hot, on a cold, damp, winter's day. It all tasted delicious.

I had a you pick two of autumn squash soup and a half of a chicken pesto ciabatta dipper. Yum!

We turned around and walked out. Two of the four ordering stations were down and the line for the one human cashier was long. We also walked out back in June when they told us the wait would be 55 minutes. Sorry we are done there.

The restaurant is poorly maintained. The employees act like they absolutely hate working there. The drink area is dirty the supplies are not refilled. When you get hot coffee it’s slightly warm. The exterior of the building is poorly maintained as well.

I have lived in Saratoga since July, 2020 and whether it’s in-house, drive-thru, or delivery, this location gets it wrong every. Single. Time. I wish I was exaggerating. It’s absolutely unbelievable. We keep trying over and over again to give them another chance but this location just cannot get it right, EVER, and after so many missteps, I felt like it was finally time to speak out, after 5 years. I’m sure it won’t change anything but just…really!?! Five years…and then some probably?! Who is managing this place?

Everytime I come to Panera the wait is ridiculously long no exaggeration ! No one communicated anything about the wait we just sat and sat and sat ! Very poor customer service. Hire more workers.

Honestly, I consider Panera Bread my go-to place for hangovers. Whenever I’ve had a rough morning after partying, their green smoothie heals me within the hour. Whenever I think “hungover,” I think Panera Bread.

They have treats available, but I’m not a fan since they don’t taste fresh in my experience. My friend also had a sandwich there and came home the same day complaining about her stomach hurting.

The atmosphere is nice, but it feels basically like a Starbucks for people between 40–80 years old. There were a lot of very mature guests there. The employees are nice, and usually they seem to be in their early twenties or early thirties.

Great service. The chicken is not good But the steak sandwiches are great with real meat. The salads are very cooling in the hot weather. Love the spinach tropical shake.

I Went to panera bread in Wilton Saratoga to meet a friend and catch up on life. There was plenty of parking, I loved the two entrances so no matter where I park it is easy to enter. The staff was very welcoming, they let us know we had credits for baked goods and delivery which was great. My friend got to bring a treat home. Their kitchen sink cookie is incredible. My favorite is their cinnamon crunch bagel with cream cheese and the price was so reasonable. A great meal for $10, you can not seem to get that anywhere these days. Convenient drive through option and is wheelchair accessible. The flow of traffic allows those who are waiting for food to move down, no lurking by the counter waiting for their food. Inside and outside seating options which is perfect for the change in weather. The portions for pick 2 gives you choices between their delicious soups (also seasonal) or sandwiches. Fresh baked bread and pastries they even donate left over/ day old bread which is something I can definitely get behind. I love sitting in a comfortable place with WiFi catching up with friends. A popular lunch time place that is located conveniently, it can get busy but the space between tables, booths and lounge chairs allows just enough space for privacy and to blend in if you're treating yourself. I would be happy to see some small plates to share but overall a great place for a quick bite. Oh and who doesn't love the green goddess salad. Dine there. Take out. Or delivery!

Super slow drive thru times even when the there is no line. Not the place if you are on a tighter schedule

I ordered a drink for pick up. When I got there my cup wasn’t on the counter so I had to go up and give them my name so I could get my order, which is fine with me. But when I was handed the cup the guy who was doing QC on 7-17-25 @ 13:00 did not change his dirty gloves, he proceeded to grab the cup with two fingers and he got food residue inside the cup. That was gross, I had to ask for a new cup and I hope they start changing their gloves when they’re visibly dirty.

We have loved Panera up until about a month ago. We would usually get a salad, in particular the Mediterranean Chicken greens and grains and the Asian Sesame, however the last two times we have ordered either, they have become almost 1/2 the size they used to be and are missing some ingredients….like our order two nights ago when the Mediterranean salad had no hummus and skimped on the extra chicken and extra grains, both of which I paid for. It’s so disappointing.
The sandwiches are still great but the salads aren’t worth the $13-18 we paid for them. We will not be ordering them again.
