Such a fun experience. Small and cozy but fun atmosphere. Great staff provided great service. Amazing Italian food and hospitality. I love spinach ravioli but have never had any this good. Delicious, delicate ravioli, beautiful sauce, integrated with sun dried tomatoes and fresh spinach. Everyone in our party had something different and it was all amazing.

The atmosphere is really nice, but I didn't like my dinner and was disappointed. The eggplant Parmesan had an egg batter layered 3 pieces high. Only the top layer had a thin layer of sauce with all the underlying layers just eggplant plain. The egg batter was heavy so it felt like eating an omelette with a little bit of red sauce on it. All I could taste was eggs - like scrambled. I would have preferred breadcrumbs with a crust and some more sauce and olive oil.

I had a shrimp n veal combo the veal was delicious but shrimp was chewy. I would think twice before ordering that again. Appetizers, Service n Deserts were excellent. I would skip shrimp next visit.

Traveling for business finding a good meal can sometimes be difficult . Happened to be staying near by stopped. Bartender Shaun was excellent . Sat at the bar had dinner service , ambience , music WOW all great . Cant wait for my return trip

I've been a long-time and loyal patron of Panza's restaurant. I enjoy their old-school atmosphere mixed with a classy and very chic vibe. I have always enjoyed the accompaniment of live entertainment from many talented musicians at the piano bar while dining out. And my meals there -- second to none. I don't think there's a single menu item that would be less than delicious... Panza's chefs get an A+ rating in my book.
The overall low, very unfortunate 2-star review comes from a recent turn of events that I experienced with (multiple) staff, a situation that took place over an extended period of time that was, very unprofessional at a minimum, bordering downright nefarious.
Because of this, it will be a very tough sell for me to recommend my once favorite spot to anyone in my network, much less be a returning as a guest myself.

Dinner with a new group of friends at Panza's Restaurant in Saratoga. Lived in the area my whole life and it's the first time I've been. The food is excellent. My chicken parm was perfect. The sauce on the pasta was tasty. And the dark chocolate mousse for dessert was delish. Just the right size servings as well. Prices? Well, as they say, if you have to ask... its ala carte. The staff is friendly and attentive. It was a good night.

Nick made our night perfect! He was spot on with our drink recommendations, our entree selections and was charming and personable . Food was excellent, atmosphere fabulous! Panza’s is a Saratoga institution- make the reservation!!
Good fine dining. Not the best we’ve been to for food but the atmosphere and service was exceptional. Food was good but small menu. Prices are about $50 a person after getting a drink.

Servers in both lounge and dining room were the best, as was the piano songstress however…the food was a disappointment. For the price tag it was expected the veal scallops would be sliced and pounded thinly, but it was 1/2“ or more thick and therefore hard to chew. My daughter could not eat it. My husband and I had pasta dishes and that night the sauce was salty. The Utica greens were acceptable but not what you’d expect…..Delmonicos does a better job and the zucchini flowers were ok. Our son had the snapper and it was really good….but that is 1 meal out of 3. Our server provided exceptional service which made the experience a positive one, but none of us are rushing to go back for dinner.

Donna, our sever deserves special mention. She was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely passionate about creating a memorable dining experience. Donna was enthusiastic, offering excellent wine pairings and ensuring that our glasses were never empty.
