Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Terrible experience, 1 hour to almost get the food, asked them to have it to go because of the kids, then 45min added just to pay.

Stopped about 2 p.m. on a weekday. Sat at bar, took forever to get my coffee, said it was brewing, but doesn't take that long to make coffee. My daughter's salad came out with a big hair on it, the replacement salad took forever, the manager brought it out and apologized, but didn't offer a free soda or anything. Had my wallet out on the bar in front of me with my credit card in plain sight, but bartender failed to notice until I had to hail her to please run the card . . . won't be back

Me and wife was in this past weekend. We were taken to the room in the rear, it appeared one server was covering the entire back room. Granted there was only 5 tables with customers when we were there. We both ordered burgers with "BOTTOMLESS" fries, and a large onion ring stack. My burger came out with about 10 fries on plate. Within 2 minutes i would of liked more fries but could not get the attention of the waitress to get them until after i was pretty much done eating. Same way with the one drink refill i asked for. Got the refill when we were done and ready to leave. No one came back after food was served to see if we needed anything, etc. For the money, it was really a let down and will not be going back. For $60-$70 dollars for a burger and fry meal(from a burger joint!), you really should have this down to a science. Sad. We will not be back. Poor value and i felt ripped off.

Busy during dinner hours on the weekend. I was quoted a 20 min wait but it was more like 40 min. The food was good and the manager came out to tables and was very friendly. Our server also checked with us often and was super nice. Cute little table set up with puzzles and coloring books for kids.

Overall excellent experience! The waitress was very attentive, the food came out very fast and fresh, and the manager introduced herself and made us feel welcome. I live closer to other Red Robin locations, but would honestly go out of the way to return to this location!

Walked in, told the host how many and had to wait for a server. Restaurant was not that busy, after standing around waiting around about 5 minutes I asked what we were waiting for. He says a server to pick up an order!?!? Walked out Second time this has happened at the location. Hire more staff if you need them but definitely hire someone who at least acts can smile. Never going again

They seem to not get orders correct and then be upset that they have to fix a mistake they make. Better service needed at the Saratoga location!

SLOOOOOOOOOW!!!! EXTREMELY SLOW!
Watched people come in after us get their food 15 minutes before us! Waited over an hour for food.
Food was cold when it came out and when asking for something had to ask multiple times. Staff were not very polite. PLACE WAS NOT CLEAN EITHER!!! elf on the shelf was in vent IN FEBRUARY!!

Stopped for a quick lunch. Restaurant was not busy. It was Tuesday Ten Dollar Cheeseburger with all you can eat side. Asked for pink, not bloody and both burgers were well done. Saving grace was still a bit juicy. One burger had the works with lettuce, tomato, relish, mayo, ketchup, cheddar cheese and it got messy. Picked the steak fries which were hot and crispy. Did not go for seconds on fries. Out of Dr. Pepper which was a disappointment. Waitress was friendly but went missing a few times after she served the limited tables with customers. The meal was definitely cheaper than the local McD fast food restaurant but you get what you pay for.

Parking: If you go during peek time expect to park around side or in back. Parking is very limited in front and handicap spots limited as well

More bun than burger, tasteless burgers. Sat us in the bar, cold and unfriendly. Never have eaten here, never will again. 40$ for 2 ppl and bad food. How dissatisfied.

Not a good experience. No staff very slow. The bottomless fries were served with maybe 10 fries per order.

We came to this Red Robin after a staycation in LG for my daughter's 18th birthday. Anna O was our server and I must say she may be the BEST server we have ever had at any place we've ever eaten. She went out of her way at every turn, including figuring out how my partner would be able to enjoy the Olympic Burger that was no longer available. All of the staff that helped out was excellent and we pledge to continue to visit this RR. I also appreciate the fact that there are so many GF options for me that aren't just salads and rice! Thank you so much!
