Very nice and bright atmosphere, full of classic decor. Food was delicious, hot and fresh, and staff is very friendly! Very nice stop for a vacation to Lake George or Saratoga springs. Would definitely come back!

Usually we go to the Red Robin in Clifton Park but they've been unable to serve anyone due to staffing shortages. We were in the area and decided to try this Red Robin. It was a Sunday afternoon and we were seated in the bar area. Our server was unpleasant. No other way too describe it. However we were really impressed that a basket of fries was brought to our table even before our drinks came. That was nice. But that was about it. Our orders got messed up. We asked for cheese to be added to one of our sandwiches (we certainly paid the uncharge for it) but there was no cheese. When I said this, a slice of cold cheese was brought out to be put on the sandwich. Usually when cheese is added to a sandwich, it's melted but nope...apparently adding cheese on a sandwich is too complicated. And it was a fried chicken sandwich and the chicken was literally falling apart! The breading was sliding off. The buns were stale and horrible. My son's lemonade was basically water and I asked for it to be removed from my check. I understand the bottomless sides but what really got me was that the sides kept coming! My son had 4 orders of sweet potato fries that we didn't ask for. All this kept coming but not our food. Then our food is messed up, attitude from the server, slow response all around...I just wanted to get out of there. I hate leaving a place and regretting having to pay for crap food and tip for crappier service. Never again....

We had a problem with a pickup order we placed. I tried to rectify it with the manager and she had a very condescending attitude, she was very rude, belligerent, and nasty. So, not only did I lose the discount for placing an App order, I lost $10 in rewards. In all our past experiences there the
managers have been so pleasant and accommodating, and were willing to work with the customer, but this time the female manager left much to be desired. So much for Customer Service.

For the 1st time, we were not impressed. The Cadillac margarita lacked flavor, the refill of lemonade was mostly ice, the burger lacked flavor. The fries and the Southwest Salad were delicious, however the salad was served with a whole chicken breast but no knife.

If you want good fish don't get it here. Service extremely slow, and no one knew where the manager was. I included pictures of the fish because it was terrible, out of five pieces three of them you couldn't eat they were so tough. There's really nothing I enjoyed or even liked about my experience

No Service. Fries came out. 15 minutes later no meal. Told be right back. 10 minutes later, they woke up and realized they lost my order. Waitress was haggling with neighboring customer about some discount. I asked manager.to please let me just leave. Drove 4 hours to area and checked in. Figured tge Red Robin I knew was an easy choice. It was NOT the Red Robin I knew.

PS.. I left.$5 for the waitress. I felt sorry she worked for such a poorly managed establishment.

This Red Robin is wonderful! The food is delicious and the staff is so friendly. My daughter left something behind at the Saratoga Springs location, and the manager, Chelsea was incredibly helpful and kind. She didn’t rest until she was able to ship the item to us. Everything is great about this place!

We love going to Red Robin. Management is welcoming and friendly, always attentive. Joe and Chelsea are great! Kathy is an awesome bartender who makes recommendations that are always great! The service is wonderful and we go to enjoy the food but also the service. Great experience every time!
