I wanted to try a new place in Saratoga for lunch. Searched on google maps and found Scallions. Seeing their pictures of dinner plates I wanted to try them out. Unfortunately when I got there they only were offering their lunch menu with more lighter options. Still very hungry I stuck around. I’m so happy I did because I had one of the best salads. It was the “Citrus Duck Salad”. It had a great combination of flavors and the duck was cooked perfectly. The service itself was amazing as well. They almost had a full house and the waitstaff were very quick and polite. I would definitely come back and next time try their dinner menu.

They have several labeled vegan options, but I found the food to be bland and uninspiring (I think my tofu was basically just a raw barely seasoned block?), and the service was chaotic and unprofessional, especially given the high prices.

My fave restaurant hands down I have ever been too. I’ve been here several times and it never ever disappoints in anyway. The food is utter perfection. Fresh, tasty… amazing. Even better than Chef Ramsey’s restaurants. ( sorry Gordon).
My husband and I had lunch at Scallions yesterday. The menu listed so many wonderful choices. The polenta, shaved Parmesan, and cooked mushrooms was very tasty and our duck, craisin, goat cheese, and arugula salad was outstanding! The attention from our waiter, Noah, and from Liz, a co-owner, was helpful, courteous, and efficient. They were very responsive to our questions about things to do in Saratoga Springs. Great ambience too! Couldn’t ask for more! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Was looking for a lunch spot on the way to Montreal in mid August 2024 from Long Island, my boyfriend & I absolutely loved it all, food, artisan drinks, wait staff knowledge of all ....it was so good that when we returned we stopped there again days later for dinner! It's equally fabulous!
