Sperry's Restaurant

We enjoyed Sat dinner here, with excellent and attentive service throughout the evening and delicious food. We enjoyed the wedge salad, the shrimp appetizer, the steak (huge) and the braised short rib... our regret was not leaving room for dessert! The back room felt a bit more formal and quiet, which lacked the livelihood in the front, but we enjoyed our time here at a slice of history and will be back!

We have been going to Sperry's for 8 years, sadly they are closing and we were fortunate enough to be there on the last night. You will be missed! Hopefully someone else purchases it and brings it back to life! Best of luck to staff!!

The food was delicious and great value. To top it off wine was half price last night (not sure why). Waiter was excellent. Ambiance consistent with the traditional vibe Sperry's always gives off.

We had an amazing dining experience at Sperry's! Every member of the team was amazingly welcoming and friendly. We got a tour and history of the establishment which was so charming. Felt like we were dining with old friends. Phenomenal experience from drinks, to apps, to dinner. Drinks were expertly crafted. Food was exceptional. Ambience was charming. Could not ask for a better date night venue. Many thanks - we will be back!

we found this place on open table . from the moment we checked in until we left we felt welcomed by the staff. the highly recommended their pop overs . they were hot and crispy- amazing. we started with house salad had a great mix with baby spinach and the dressing good . my partner had the crab meat stuffed salmon over risotto which she loved . i got the special ribeye with peas and baked potato. the peas were perfect and the steak was cooked perfectly we heard great things about the blueberry desert but we were so full we have to try next time . we chatted with all the staff and felt very welcomed . we will be back

We enjoyed coming to Sperry's on rare occasions with friends pre-Covid-19. The Sperry's I remembered had great food and drinks. We recently planned a special dinner at Sperry's. I was terribly disappointed that we wasted our time and money. The beef medallions that were ordered tasted microwaved and were cold. Service was irregular. There are many new eateries to try locally that have A more modern feel.

Cozy, great service, attentive staff. Burgers and gumbo were delicious. Corn battered oysters were fine, but too expensive. Haven't been here in a while but glad we went back.

We made a last minute reservation at Sperry's on Saturday night. As it works out it was chowderfest. Understandably they were out of a few things. Overall- a great dinner with great service. I can't wait to go back!

Have been going here for well over a decade and usually am very pleased with the meal, but this time both my and my wife's meal seemed very dry and lacking in much flavor. Veggies barely cooked while the meat was over cooked.

Mike the GM is always hospitable and a joy to see when we dine at Sperry's. As a matter of fact, everyone on staff make dining here just special. The food is also always on point. Until next time!

This was our 2nd time to Sperry's and it was a really great experience. The restaurant was busy and they were understaffed with a few callouts, and our waiter did an excellent job keeping up. The food was fantastic as well! We will definitely return another time!

Sitting for 45 mins and we still have no drinks. Wednesday evening not very busy. Over rated not worth the wait!

With the posted ratings and cost range my expectations were higher. I ordered my meat well done, the result was cremated on the outside not much done internally. The bean and garlic spread appetizer was watery. The staff for the most part had disappeared towards the end of my meal and it all got scrappy. Trying to get my checked coat a task. It was all very congenial and friendly. I'd prefer rude and better.

Ok so I get that service can be a hit and miss at places’ BUT the SERVICE WAS GREAT here, and the food was spectacular. My steak was cooked to absolute perfection. I personally could not have had a better experience and my wife felt exactly the same way (she ordered the Salmon special) Shout to a couple of great old fashioned s to Keith at the bar, and to some GREAT service by Stephanie, our server …… we will be back soon !

I called and made reservation. I gave credit card and everything. I never received confirmation email or text message. I got concerned. I called the next day and wanted to confirm the reservation I made 24 hours earlier. After being on hold for 24 minutes. I was hung up on. I called back and I was told that my reservation that I made 24 hours earlier was never put in despite giving my name phone number and credit card.I live in saratoga and I’ve been here plenty of times and the food is ok but my god the service is terrible. I would recommend going somewhere else. Also the last time I went here over the summer I was charged for not showing up even though we were there and had a $400 bill. I had to call to get the no show charge refunded. I think they are running a scam. So definitely check your credit card if you make a reservation.
