I love supporting local businesses and try to go to multiple every weekend. Tried Spot for the first time and it was ok. The coffee was weak and when ordering we ordered a medium and large for iced drinks and both were the same size. We were told they were changing their sizes and will only have two available sizes starting 1/20/25. Service was friendly but a tad slow for them being very slow, staff was a little distracted by eachother. Coffee wasn't good enough for me drive 30 mins to give another try.

Waited to be served. They paid no mind to me as I stood . I read the stuff on walls and waited . They took care of online orders I guess..almost 10 minutes. Not quite . A woman walked in and girl asked to help her ...I felt invisible and I'm a 6 ft 250 pd guy...it wasn't a good look for them

So I'm not usually one to complain about food or service. This visit just did not meet usual expectations. Ordered a drink and oatmeal with brown sugar and fruit. I'm guessing they are training new staff since I had to repeat my order multiple times , which is fine. The thing that got me was my oatmeal was two packets of instant oatmeal with hot water in the microwave. Almost 6 bucks for that is a little much for over microwaved block of oats. To top it off no brown sugar.... ugh. At least they make a good drink.

They always put the cream cheese on the bagel as soon as it’s done toasting so you end up with a slimy, dripping, cream cheese mess.

Nice service and quick, tho there was no one in front of me so can't say for busy times. The scone I was given was raw and I spit out the one bite I took before putting it in the trash. The red eye I ordered tasted like there was some sweetener already put in it and tasted weak, not sure what kind of roast it was as I wasn't asked for a preference or told what their house blend is. I just needed a quick bite after the 2 hour bus ride and instead wasted $13 that I could have spent somewhere good, or even just edible would be a huge step above this.

Do not come here if you are in any kind of hurry or are imminently hungry. Coffee and food quality is FINE nothing better. Service is incredibly slow, like actually unbelievable. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and 20 minutes later was still waiting. When I went up to wait at the counter, another customer told me they’d also been waiting 10-15 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. When I replied that I’d been waiting 20 minutes, a barista turned around and berated us, told us we actually hadn’t been waiting long, and said not to talk to each other or stand by the counter. “We’re short staffed and working as fast as we can” she said, as I watched 4 workers struggling to handle 2 bagels. This was a Monday morning in the summer with very mild traffic. I watched the worker doing food spend a full TWO MINUTES putting cream cheese on a bagel, painting it delicately as if it were an art project. I’ve worked many restaurant and cafe jobs and 10 minutes for a bagel let alone 20 is unacceptable. Snapping at customers and telling them to stop speaking with each other is not only rude but a great way to lose business. Will not be returning and will be sure to share this experience with anyone who asks me about this place.

My daughter and I love Spot Coffee!! It has become our weekend go-to! The staff are so friendly and nice! The restaurant always has plenty of seating! We love the coffee and love to sit and relax and watch the cars go by!

Better than Uncommon Grounds! Coffee is just as good, but the food is much better and cooked in house (vs frozen), and they are fast!
