Good place, nice people work there, and a reasonable selection of food and drink. But, the music is EXTREMELY loud. Not very conducive to reading or conversation.

Great coffee shop with some gluten free food options as wellDietary restrictions: They have some gluten free options!

I won't be back. I walked in 10 minutes after they opened and was met with dirty looks and silence. Perhaps because they were still setting up? The cashier was short and unwelcoming. The person you have working with a shaved head and funky hair color always friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately there's a big discrepancy with the level of service. Although it's super close to my house there are other shops in the area with a much better vibe, prices, food and coffee.

Very nice spot for a bagel and some coffee, or a sandwich and an espresso drink.

I’m in Saratoga Springs with some friends for a weekend trip. I’m from Buffalo, so I was thrilled when I saw a Spot. However, the workers were incredibly rude and had a really bad attitude. It took away from the good food.

Drinks are good but the WiFi speed is absolutely useless despite actually getting a decent signal. 0.2 mbps is barely enough to receive a text

I’m sorry what I just received is inedible. I paid extra for a gluten free wrap through DoorDash and got thick soggy non toasted bread - I hope is gluten free. The filling inside is also disgusting. The smoothie I got was delicious. I’m sorry to leave a bad review especially on a holiday but come

Delicious caramel macchiato! Great music and atmosphere. In a matter of seconds there was a waiting line. The only issue is the AC, way to cold for the weather.

Spot is the sweet spot!!! Great muffins and pastries and eggs made to order. Cozy seating with a lounging vibe... one of the best coffee spots in downtown. Dogs

It's a chain and quite disappointing. I ordered a quessadilla with added chicken ($3.50) and guacamole ($2.25), and the amount of each was miniscule: this is the issue with chains. The added $5.75 paid increased the price by close to 60%, and there was barely enough guacamole for two of the four pieces and only enough sour cream for one piece. I will never eat here again.

Good food and service, place is gross though. Pay someone to clean. Everything above your head is coated in dirt. It’s been quite awhile since anyone has made an effort.
