Consistently one of the worst customer service experiences of any of the Starbucks I go too. Frequently make drinks incorrectly and are crazy slow. It actually seems to have gotten worse after the employees changed from being Price Chopper employees to being direct Starbucks employees. They are in dire need of experienced supervision.

The drinks over there are great, but one of the staff who works there can ruin your mood easily. Don’t go there on Saturday afternoon, and maybe other days, just try to skip her shift, she will give you the worst service attitude and nastiest look on her face!

This is the most inconsistent Starbucks I have ever been too. If you get a good Barista who is not mad at the world and has had some training it is fine. If not... you will get a lot of water & food with cheese melted off the sandwich.
