Whoever owns this subway needs to stop in or read some reviews sometime because the way these employees speak to customers is absolutely unacceptable. From start to finish it was horrible service. We waited patiently while they helped the person in front of us and then proceeded to make some online orders. We were only getting one half sub for my son. He gets 4 things on it so it’s pretty basic. But when I asked for extra extra banana peppers I was told no, which happens sometimes and then I explain I’ll pay extra or sometimes they tell me I’ll have to pay extra which is no problem. But the rude person behind the counter went on to say that I could not get anymore on my sub because their truck hasn’t come in yet I expressed that I would pay for it and can see a whole container right there. The next excuse was she had no way to charge me for extra banana peppers. Which is weird because when we payed it was over $10 for half a sub when it’s typically $6 so I was over charged and did not receive what I asked for. When I told her I was going to leave a bad review no care was given as she knows they receive a lot. It doesn’t seem like leadership at this location cares and it shows.

Yesterday my friends and I eate a sandwich at Subway at this point, and I suffered from stomach pain for almost a whole day. Another mi friend doesn't get out of the toilet all day.... In my opinion, Subway should be visited by workers from the sanitary and epidemiological station. And take a swab for the presence of harmful bacteria. It's a pity that my impression of this institution has decreased to zero. If I had to choose between a burger and a sandwich, I always chose a Subway sandwich, because I thought that the ingredients at Subway were always fresh and clean... Now my opinion has completely changed. Unfortunately.
I advise the management of Subway to review the policy of maintaining order and cleanliness in their institutions

Steven was absolutely wonderful! He was very charismatic and friendly. He was accommodating and make my sandwich perfectly and with love. The building was very clean and the vegetables were fresh. Best service I have ever had at a subway!

Forget mark. Idk if he’s a manager or what but he sucks and should be fired. I went here within store hours to find the door locked lights off and an employee sitting behind the counter on his phone. I called within store hours and he said he “closed the system.” Laziness on full display. Employers should be embarrassed to have such an employee.

Worst Subway in the area. The second worst is the one near Walmart. I would not recommend going for subs here. Jersey mikes is your best bet!

Very rude service. I was with my child and needed to change him and they refused to let me use the restroom to change him unless I bought something. My husband bought a sub and than i went to change my child only to find out they don't have a changing station for little ones.

Great customer service but the air conditioning was not working so it was really warm while sitting here eating my food and I pitty the poor girl working behind the counter working she was the only one working and she was dying from the heat from the ovens

I walked in and was the only customer, the worker was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me at all after waiting for 10 minutes I heard some noise in the back and asked if someone could please help me I've been waiting now almost 15 minutes, he came out with an attitude and sloppily made my sandwich. I will not return.

I was pregnant and had an emergency ( I had an infection) and I needed to use the bathroom. They keep the bathrooms locked at this location. I was doubling over in agony begging for the key! One employee (she had a crewcut) was super rude and said I needed to buy food first. The other employee took pity upon me and gave me the key. Well, the next day I went into preterm labor. My baby was born 3 months early and spent 2 months in the NICU. I definitely do NOT recommend this Subway!!!!
