Hours on the door say they open at 8 every day, but the employee I spoke to told me they don't open until 9. Previously I had ordered food to be picked up between 8 and 9 and the door was locked until the employee arrived around 850.
Just now I tried to get food, at almost 11am, and the door is locked and nobody is there. Hours need to be changed or employees need to show up. The fact that this has happened twice is crazy. I like this location when it's open, but the hours need to be accurate or someone needs to step in and fix this.

It seems like the value here has steadily gone down over the past several years. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from or going to this location again - the final straw was finding hair in my sub that most definitely was not mine.

I always order from there. App said order ready to pick up. They have very nice friendly staff. Today other people were working. I asked twice and they did not care about me. They may be busy, I respect that. But you cannot delay my order for half an hour just because I ordered online. I am sorry, this was the end, I will never come again.
