This location is consistently running 30 min behind on orders during peak times. I won’t accept orders for this place any longer bc I lose money every time. It’s not worth my time to wait while other places are on point. Please work on staffing.

The wait times are insane. This place is so understaffed it's unbelievable.
Forget about the customer service if you go inside.. you're lucky if someone actually greets you, let alone takes your order.
I haven't been ordering from this TB lately because it takes sooooo long, wether you go in person, or order on the app. Tonight I did order, and about 10mins after placing the order, the dasher texted me stating they were told its gonna be a 25min wait.
The last time I ordered from here it took over a hr for it to get to me, but the food was hot, so obviously it wasn't on the dasher. It's just crazy to think this place is somehow still in buissness.

I ate a burrito out of the trash here and it gave me a sick tummy. That's my problem though. They do have free soda if you bring your own cup.

Drive thru forgot a taco. Went inside to get it and no one was manning the counter. 6 customers were waiting inside. Went back tondrive thru for another 20 mins. Mobile orders are killing the drive thru/dine in experience for most fast food places.

They take my order and I drive up to the window they hand me my order and I ask do I have everything and the answer was yes. When checking the bag I am missing cinnamon twist. This isn’t the first time time missing items.
waited 12 minutes in the drive thru line. got to the microphone. was told to wait. waited 3 minutes. tried to place an order. was told by the worker that my order would take 20 minutes. places like this should lose their franchise.

The old crew was way better, these new guys are clowns. Not only were their potatoes rock hard and stale, but their quesedila was smothered in sauce, crammed into the bottom of the bag, and not fully cut apart. Terrible service. Do better.

Every single time I go to this Taco Bell after I get out of a long day of work. These people take a $30 order and give me maybe $10 of my food. Like everything on my mobile order is on the bag. An some how none of it is ever in the bag. Maybe if people were not in a rush to clean up and leave a hour before there shift and gave a damn about people, they would get a better review but this has been a thing going on for a month or more now.

For sure the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to in the United States. I’ve eaten every where n this place is terrible. Plz don’t waste your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Half our order was missing. Definitely don’t trust these folks enough to call and have it corrected. = HEALTH DEPARTMENT need to check this one out
